General characteristics. Structure:

1 tablet contains extract of fruits of a chestnut of horse dry 0,04 g;
excipients: lactoses monohydrate, sodium of a kroskarmeloz, magnesium carbonate the main, potato starch, calcium stearate, "Opadry II Green".

Pharmacological properties:

The main component of extract from a horse-chestnut seed - эсцин - renders venotoniziruyushchy, angioprotektorny, antiedematous and antiinflammatory action.

Indications to use:

Drug is appointed at chronic venous insufficiency of various genesis and its complications, including at functional disturbances of blood supply (hypostases, spasms of gastrocnemius muscles, pain and heavy feeling in legs, a varicosity, trophic changes, hemorrhoidal nodes), at a posttromboflebitichesky syndrome, inflammatory and postoperative hypostases of soft tissues.

Route of administration and doses:

The adult drug is appointed on 1 tablet (40 mg) by 3 times a day, after food. The course of treatment usually makes 3 months, if necessary duration of a course can be increased.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, are occasionally observed the dispeptic phenomena. In case of any unusual reactions surely consult to the doctor of rather further use of drug!

Interaction with other medicines:

If you accept any other medicines, surely consult with the doctor concerning a possibility of use of drug. Strengthens effect of anticoagulants.

Contraindications:

Drug is contraindicated at hypersensitivity (allergy) to drug; in І - the II trimesters of pregnancy and during feeding груддю; to children. Cautions at use. Before an initiation of treatment consult to the doctor! In case of the dispeptic phenomena transition to administration of drug is recommended during food. During pregnancy administration of drug is allowed in the III trimester of pregnancy in the absence of a nephropathy. During treatment it is necessary to stop feeding by a breast. Eskuvit does not influence ability to manage vehicles or mechanisms.

Storage conditions:

Suitability term. A drug period of validity - 3 years. Not to use drug after the termination of the period of validity specified on packaging! To store in the dry place at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.
