Description
Transparent from light yellow till yellowy-brown color solution with a characteristic sourish smell.

Pharmacological properties:

Natural physiological intestinal microflora can be considerably broken by such external influences as therapy by antibiotics, radiation, stomach operations, and also owing to improper or unusual food, change of water, change of climate and other conditions.

Hilak forte regulates balance of intestinal microflora and normalizes its structure. Thanks to contents as a part of Hilak forte of products of exchange of normal microflora, drug promotes recovery of normal intestinal microflora in the biological way and allows to keep physiological and biological functions of a mucous membrane of intestines.

The biosynthetic lactic acids and its buffer salts which are a part Hilak forte recover normal value of acidity in digestive tract irrespective of whether the patient suffers from the increased or lowered acidity. Against the background of acceleration of development of normal symbionts of intestines under the influence of Hilak natural synthesis of vitamins of group B is forte normalized and K. Soderzhashchiyesya in Hilak forte korotkotsepochechny volatile fatty acids provide recovery of the damaged intestinal microflora at infectious diseases of a GIT, stimulate regeneration of epithelial cells of an intestinal wall, recover the broken water and electrolytic balance in a gut gleam.

There are data that Hilak forte strengthens protective functions of an organism thanks to stimulation of an immune response.

At Hilak's use acceleration of removal of salmonellas at babies after salmonellezny enteritis is forte noted that is caused by stimulation of growth of an acidophilic anaerobic indestinal flora and its subsequent antagonistic influence on a salmonella.

Indications to use:

• disturbance of physiological flora of a small and large intestine (in time and after treatment by antibiotics or streptocides, radiation therapy);
• syndrome of insufficiency of digestion, dyspepsia;
• diarrhea, meteorism, locks;
• gastroenteritis, colitis; syndrome of senile intestines (chronic, atrophic gastroenteritis);
• the frustration from digestive tract caused by change of climate; hypo - and anacid states;
• enterogenous diseases of a gall bladder and liver;
• allergic skin diseases (a small tortoiseshell, it is endogenous the caused chronic eczema);
• a salmonellosis in a reconvalescence stage (including children of chest age).

Route of administration and doses:

Hilak forte accept inside to or during meal, diluting with a small amount of liquid (excepting milk).

Drug is appointed by 3 times a day:
• adult: till 40-60 drops on reception;
• to children: till 20-40 drops on reception;
• to babies: till 15-30 drops on reception.

After improvement of a state the daily dose can be reduced half.

Features of use:

The concomitant use of this drug with milk and dairy products is not recommended.

Side effects:

Hilak forte is well had by patients of any age.
Side effects were not observed so far.
Allergic reactions (skin rash, itch, small tortoiseshell) are possible; lock, diarrhea.

Interaction with other medicines:

Under the influence of antiacid drugs neutralization of the lactic acid which is a part of drug Hilak forte is possible.

Contraindications:

• hypersensitivity to drug components.

Use during pregnancy and during feeding by a breast:
Drug use Hilak forte during pregnancy and a lactation is considered safe. However the decision on purpose of drug is made by the attending physician.

Overdose:

No special events except for usual medical observation are required.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity: 4 years. After opening of a bottle - 6 weeks. Not to apply after the expiration specified on packaging! At a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children!

On 30 ml or 100 ml of drug in the bottle of dark glass corked by a stopper dropper and the screwing-up plastic cover with control of the first opening. Each bottle together with the application instruction in a cardboard pack.
