Description:
Chronic eczema - a noncontagious recurrent disease of skin which is followed by an itch and rash in the form of spots, small knots, bubbles, etc. on skin.
Symptoms of Chronic eczema:
Transition of acute eczema to chronic, happens gradually: decreases moknuty, infiltration of an affected area of skin accrues, there is lichenification. Chronic eczema essentially differs from acute in the fact that in her clinical picture infiltration (exocytosis) whereas at acute – exudation (экзосероз) prevails. Thus, not only the current duration, but also the nature of process defines this or that type of eczema. In places of natural folds it quite often forms linear or radial cracks.
Division of eczema into acute and chronic is conditional. Often at the same patient on different sites of skin rashes of acute type, and in others – subacute and chronic are observed. Such alternation can continue vaguely long time. Sometimes eczema can subacutely proceed.
Eczema can affect both limited sites of skin, and extensive. Spread of eczema usually comes from primary center in the form of tsentrobezhno the dispersing fresh polymorphic rashes which often merge and form extensive diffusion defeats of a different form and size; in some cases they can end with development of a secondary erythrosis.
Reasons of Chronic eczema:
