General characteristics. Structure:
Drug represents the mix of microbic mass of active acidophilic lactobacilli live antagonistic lyophilized in the environment of cultivation and the kefiric fungi inactivated by warming up containing water-soluble polysaccharide subjected to crushing packaged in capsules.
1 capsule contains not less than 107 live acidophilic lactobacilli and polysaccharide of a kefiric fungus – 0,4 mg.
Contents of capsules – dry biomass from light-cream till cream color with a sour-milk smell.
Pharmacological properties:
The therapeutic effect of Acipol is defined by the live acidophilic lactobacilli which are contained in it and polysaccharide of kefiric fungi. On the action mechanism Acipol is multifactorial remedy, has antagonistic activity concerning pathogenic and uslovnopatogenny microorganisms, has corrective effect on intestinal microflora, raises an immune responsiveness of an organism.
Indications to use:
Prevention and treatment of diseases of digestive tract, at children from 3-month age and adults; in combination with traditional treatment.
The dysbacteriosis and states leading to its development:
• acute intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, rotavirusny gastroenteritis, etc.);
• chronic colitis, coloenterites of an infectious and noninfectious origin;
• long antibacterial therapy.
The dysbacteriosis and lag in weight connected with:
• an active antibioticotherapia it is purulent - septic diseases at babies;
• chronic, long, recurrent pathologies of a respiratory organs (bronchitis, pneumonia, including pneumocystic);
• atopic dermatitis and other allergic manifestations.
Prevention of dysbacteriosis.
• Increase in the general resistance of an organism.
Route of administration and doses:
Capsules apply inside, without chewing, wash down with boiled water.
The size of a daily dose and duration of treatment of patients are determined by the doctor depending on age, weight and duration of a disease and expressiveness of dysbacteriosis.
Children from 3-month-old up to 3 years should accept Acipol together with food on 1 capsule 2-3 times a day, previously having opened the capsule and having dissolved its contents in milk or boiled water.
Other age groups and adults Atsipol should apply on 1 capsule 3-4 times a day in 30 minutes prior to meal.
At acute intestinal infections drug is appointed within 5-8 days.
Longer courses are appointed at treatment of children with lag in weight, caused by the chronic course of the diseases which are followed by dysbacteriosis.
With the preventive purpose Acipol is appointed on 1 capsule of 1 times a day within 10-15 days.
Repeated courses are conducted not earlier than 1 month after the end of the previous treatment.
Features of use:
It is not suitable for use:
• drug which integrity of internal packaging is broken (the burst banks, the blister packaging);
• drug not marked or with indistinct marking;
• drug with the changed physical properties (the capsule form is broken), in the presence of foreign inclusions;
• drug expired.
Side effects:
Are not established.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to drug components.
Storage conditions:
Period of validity – 2 years.
Storage and transportation according to the joint venture 3.3.2.1248-03 at a temperature not higher than 10C.

On 20 or 30 capsules in banks polymeric.
On 10 capsules in unilateral strip planimetric packaging.
1 polymeric cans or 1, 2 or 3 blister strip packagings together with the application instruction in a pack from a cardboard.
