Urokholum

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1 ml of drug contains aqueous-alcoholic extract (1:1) of mix: carrots wild fruits of 0,2 g, an orthosiphon staminate leaves of 0,18 g, a ninety-knot of a grass of 0,15 g, corn of columns with stigmas of 0,12 g, elder black flowers of 0,1 g, a horsetail field herbs of 0,1 g, hop of compound fruits of 0,05 g, birches of kidneys of 0,05 g, a St. John's Wort of a grass of 0,04 g, a peppermint of leaves of 0,01 g;
excipient: ethanol of 40%.

Transparent liquid of dark brown color, with a specific fragrant smell; at storage formation of a deposit is allowed.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug of a plant origin. Compound essential oils which are Urokholum's part weaken inflammatory processes, render assistance to strengthening of blood supply of kidneys and a liver, make diuretic, cholagogue, bactericidal actions, normalize a tone of smooth muscles of upper uric ways and a gall bladder. Being easily soaked up in blood and stimulating renal and hepatic circulation, essential oils cause increase to urine - and a zhelchevydeleniye. Drug for treatment of kidneys strengthens a diuresis, makes anti-azotemic effect, brings urea, uric acid, chlorides out of an organism, improves a hepatic blood stream, renders assistance to a conclusion of sand and stones from kidneys, uric and bilious bubbles.

Indications to use:

Acute and chronic diseases of a bladder and kidneys (cystitis, pyelocystitis, urethritis, nephrosis, nephrite, pyelonephritis, salt diathesis), urolithic, pochechnokamenny and zhelchekamenny diseases, acute and subacute calculous pyelonephritises and cholecystitises, dyskinesia of biliary tract (as a part of complex therapy).

Route of administration and doses:

Adults and children are more senior than 12 years accept before food till 10-20 of drops, parting with a small amount of water, three times a day. The course of treatment depends on weight of a course of a disease, and also from the nature of the accompanying therapy and lasts from 5 days to 1 month. If necessary the course of therapy can be repeated.

Features of use:

During treatment it is necessary to abstain from ultra-violet radiation. With care to apply at states which are followed by hypercoagulation. Not to apply if diameter of stones exceeds 3 mm.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Urokholum is not applied during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms. During treatment by drug Urokholum it is necessary to abstain from control of vehicles and work with potential and dangerous mechanisms.

Children. Urokhol is not applied at children by age up to 12 years in connection with the ethanol content.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, dizziness, dispeptic phenomena: nausea, vomiting.

Interaction with other medicines:

It is not described.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, obturatsionny jaundice. Children's age up to 12 years, pregnancy, the feeding period a breast.

Overdose:

Nausea, dizziness, dispeptic phenomena. At overdose it is necessary to appoint a large number of warm drink. Symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not above 25 °C in the place, unavailable to children.
