General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 30 mg of Lycopodium clavatum D3, 30 mg of Chelidonium majus D4, 30 mg of Cinchona pubescens D3, 30 mg of Myristica fragrans D4, 15 mg of Silybum marianum D2, 15 mg of Phosphorus D6, 60 mg of Veratrum album D6, 90 mg of Citrullus colocynthis D6 in 1 tablet.

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Indications to use:

In complex treatment of acute and chronic diseases of a liver, functional disorders of a liver.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children 12 years – 1 tablet under language (to a full rassasyvaniye), to children up to 12 years are more senior – to pound 1 tablet in powder and, carefully mixing, to dissolve in 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of boiled water of room temperature and to accept a single age dose: to children aged till 1 year – 1 teaspoon, to children aged from 1 up to 6 years – 2 teaspoons, to children are from 6 to 12 years – 3 teaspoons. To accept a single age dose 3 times a day in 15-20 minutes prior to food or in an hour after food. In case of the acute beginning of a disease to accept a single age dose each 15 minutes within the first 2 hours. Further to pass to reception 3 times a day.

Course of treatment: at acute diseases – 7-14 days, at chronic diseases – 2-6 weeks.

Features of use:

Appropriate security measures at use. Drug contains lactose therefore to patients with rare hereditary forms of intolerance of a galactose, insufficiency of lactase or a syndrome of glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption it is not necessary to use drug.

At drug use more than 4 weeks it is necessary to control indicators of functions of a liver. At diseases of a liver or at a concomitant use of hepatotoxic drugs to apply only after consultation of the doctor.

During the keeping of symptoms or an aggravation of symptoms it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Do not apply as drug contains a component a celandine (Chelidonium).

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. Does not influence.

Children. Drug is recommended for use to children from the birth.

Side effects:

In isolated cases hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rashes, fever after use of the drugs containing quinine or quinidine are possible.

During treatment the drugs containing celandine alkaloids observed isolated cases of increase in level of transaminases and bilirubin in blood serum to the jaundice (the toxic hepatitis connected with drug intake) caused by drugs which decreased or normalized after the termination of administration of drug.
