General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 20 mg of a fungal diastase (1:800), 30 mg of papain (6000 PIECES/mg), 50 mg симетикон, 75 mg of absorbent carbon, 25 mg of niacinamide.

Excipients: cellulose microcrystallic, lactose, acacias gum, Natrium benzoicum, gelatin, silicon dioxide colloid, talc, magnesium stearate, karmelloza of sodium.

Tablet cover: castor oil, shellac, calcium carbonate, charcoal, silicon dioxide colloid, sucrose, acacias gum, gelatin, Natrium benzoicum, talc, wax of karnaubskiya, beeswax.

Text on tablets: titanium dioxide.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Papain and a fungal diastase are the digestive enzymes facilitating digestion and assimilation in an organism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Simetikon has carminative effect: complicates education and promotes destruction of gas bubbles, facilitates removal of gases from intestines, thereby reduces abdominal distention, nausea, and also pains and discomfort caused by a meteorism.

Absorbent carbon is adsorbent. Absorbs the gases and toxins which are formed at a digestive disturbance. Niacinamide (RR vitamin) exerts the regulating impact on digestion processes.

Indications to use:

The morbid conditions which are followed by disturbance of vneshnesekretorny function of a pancreas: chronic pancreatitis, a pancreatectomy, a state after radiation (as a part of complex therapy).

Meteorism, including in the postoperative period.

The dyspepsia caused by unusual food or an overeating.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. On 1 tablet 1-2 times a day after food.

Features of use:

During the periods of pregnancy and a lactation drug should be used with care under control of the doctor.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, erubescence.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, acute pancreatitis, an exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, children under 3 years.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not above 25 °C in the dry, protected from light place. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after the expiry date specified on packaging.
