General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 tablet contains lipases of 20 mg that corresponds to enzymatic activity 3000 F.I.P. PIECE of a microbiological lipase or 40000 LE; excipients: lactoses monohydrate, cellulose microcrystallic, povidone 25, sodium of a kroskarmeloz, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid – ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1) dispersions of 30%, talc, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol, tropeolin O.

Pharmacological properties:

Enzyme with lipolytic activity. Promotes digestion of fats, eliminates a steatorrhea, normalizes the maintenance of the general lipids in blood serum.

Indications to use:

Chronic pancreatitis with exocrine insufficiency, akhilichesky gastritis, enteritis, a coloenteritis, cholecystitis, the period after surgical interventions on a pancreas, a gall bladder, intestines at adults.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, during food or directly after food; the adult on 1 tablet 3 times a day. A course of treatment – 2 - 4 weeks.

Features of use:

At use of drug it is necessary to adhere to the recommended doses.
Solizim's use forte at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation perhaps only in cases when the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit or the baby.
Experience of use for children is absent.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Drug should not be accepted along with the antacids containing ions of aluminum, magnesium, calcium and iron preparations.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (allergy) to drug components.

Overdose:

Solizim forte does not contain the components causing poisoning.

Storage conditions:

In dry, protected from light and the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature from 2 °C to 8 °C.

Period of validity - 2 years.
