General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: metamizole sodium (analginum) -  250 mg, phenobarbital - 20 mg, Dibazolum (Bendazolum) - 20 mg, a hydrochloride papaverine - 20 mg; 

Excipients: starch of potato-47 mg, talc – 10 mg, stearic acid – 3 mg.

Description. Tablets of color, white or white with a weak yellow shade, ploskotsilindrichesky with risky and a facet.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug. The combination of components of drug leads to mutual strengthening of their pharmacological action.

Metamizole sodium – derivative pyrazyl ketone, has analgeziruyushchy and febrifugal effect. 

Dibazolum (Bendazolum) – vazodilatiruyushchy means; possesses vasodilating action, stimulates function of a spinal cord. Has direct spasmolytic effect on unstriated muscles of blood vessels and internals. Facilitates synoptic transfer in a spinal cord.

Papaverine a hydrochloride - the antispasmodic, has hypotensive effect, reduces a tone and weakens unstriated muscles of internals and vessels. 

Phenobarbital, in small doses renders sedation and strengthens action of other components.

Indications to use:

Pain syndrome (poorly or moderately expressed) at spasms of smooth muscles of internals: renal colic, bilious colic, intestinal colic, dyskinesia of biliary tract, postcholecystectomy syndrome, spasm of ureters and bladder, альгодисменорея.

Brain vasospasm, migraine.

As auxiliary medicine: a pain syndrome after surgical interventions and diagnostic procedures.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. Use duration without consultation of the doctor should not exceed 7 days.

Features of use:

At long (more than 7 days) use control of a picture of peripheral blood and a functional condition of a liver is necessary. In the absence of effect within 3 days it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to see a doctor.

During treatment it is necessary to refuse occupations potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions.

From the central nervous system: drowsiness, reduction in the rate of psychomotor reactions.

From digestive tract: nausea, lock.

From cardiovascular system: arterial hypertension.

At prolonged use:  leukopenia;  agranulocytosis, abnormal liver function and kidneys.

Interaction with other medicines:

The combination with nitrates (nitroglycerine, nitrosorbite, Sustac, etc.), blockers of calcium channels (nifedipine, Corinfarum, etc.) beta adrenoblockers (анаприлин, метопролол, Talinololum, etc.), ganglioblokator (Pentaminum, etc.), diuretics (furosemide, hypothiazid, etc.), myotropic spasmolysants (Dipiridamolum, an Euphyllinum, etc.) strengthens hypotensive effect of the specified drugs.

Simultaneous use with other non-narcotic analgesics can lead to mutual strengthening of toxic effects.

Combined use with the adsorbents knitting and the enveloping means reduces absorption of drug in digestive tract.

Contraindications:

- hypersensitivity (including to pyrazyl ketone derivatives);

- oppression of a marrowy hemopoiesis;

- the expressed liver and/or renal failure, deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy, tachyarrhythmias, heavy stenocardia, a collapse, dekompensirovanny chronic heart failure, closed-angle glaucoma,  a prostate hyperplasia, intestinal impassability, megacolon;

- pregnancy, lactation period.

Overdose:

Symptoms: at overdose there is an expressed drowsiness, dizziness, a kollaptoidny state.

Treatment: first-aid treatment — a gastric lavage, reception of absorbent carbon. Symptomatic therapy.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place. To store in  the place, unavailable to children.

On 10 tablets in a blister strip packaging or on 10 tablets in planimetric bezjyacheykovy packaging.

On the 2nd blister strip packagings with the application instruction place in a pack from a cardboard.

On 700 planimetric bezjyacheykovy packagings with application instructions place in a box from a cardboard.
