Description:
Soft capsules from light yellow till light brown color, an oval form with the pointed extended end. Contents of capsules: an oil emulsion from light yellow till brown color.

Pharmacological properties:

Renders bactericidal action on gram-positive (Staphylococus aureus, korinebakteriya, etc.) and gram-negative microorganisms (Enterococus faecium, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Hemophilus influenzae, Proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Ureaplasma urealyticum). Possesses fungicidal action on a pathogenic fungi, especially drozhzhepodobny sorts Candida albicans, Cryptococcus, Hystoplasma. Improves trophic processes in mucous vaginas.

Pharmacokinetics. It is evenly distributed on mucous vaginas, having local bactericidal and fungicidal effect. Practically it is not soaked up from a vagina mucosal surface.

Indications to use:

Treatment.
  - the nonspecific, fungal, mixed vaginita, a vulvovaginitis and tservikovaginita;

Route of administration and doses:

For intravaginalny introduction. On one capsule after an evening dress, before going to bed. Having made an incision the pointed end, and, slightly pressing the capsule, enter capsule contents into a vagina. After administration of medicine in a vagina, the capsule throw out in garbage. Course of treatment of 6 days. For the purpose of prevention drug is used within 6 days.
In case of the admission of administration of drug it is necessary to resume treatment in a usual dose.

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:
