General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: zinc the hyalrunate received on a copy-book: sodium hyalrunate and zinc chloride, – 15,4 mg.

Excipients: potassium sorbate, sodium hydroxide, carbomer, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

At interaction of hyaluronic acid with molecules of water there is a dispersive matrix filling missing cellular fabric which forms the natural supporting framework for the cells participating in a wound repair increases activity of granulocytes and macrophages, strengthens proliferation of fibroblasts and an angiogenesis. In comparison with sodium hyalrunate, hyalrunate of zinc has bacteriostatic action concerning many bacteria.

Pharmacokinetics. At topical administration it is practically not soaked up, in plasma the insignificant amount of drug is defined.

Indications to use:

Topical treatment of all forms of an acne easy and moderate severity, first of all Cametonum and papulo-pustular eels.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly. Gel is applied by 2 times a day on affected areas of skin with a thin layer after its preliminary clarification. Drug is soaked up within several minutes and does not demand use of a bandage. Duration of therapy is individual and depends on a form and disease severity.

Features of use:

Does not cause a photosensitization, does not paint skin and linen.

Side effects:

In the beginning treatments the feeling of easy burning which gradually disappears is possible; allergic reactions. Gel can cause a feeling of tightening at use it at dry type of skin.

Interaction with other medicines:

There are no data on interaction with other medicines.

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity to one of drug components, pregnancy, the lactation period.

Overdose:

It is not described.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature of 15-30 °C. To store in the places unavailable to children.

Gel for external use of 0,103%. On 15 g of gel in an aluminum tuba with the white polyethylene cap having the perforating tip.
The opening of a tuba is protected by a membrane. One tuba in a cardboard pack with the enclosed application instruction.
