Trisol

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 5 g of sodium of chloride, 1 g of potassium of chloride, 4 g of Natrii hydrocarbonas.

Excipients: water for injections.

Trisol has disintoxication and hemodynamic effect, raises a diuresis, improves rheological properties of blood.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined saline solution, renders disintoxication, and hemodynamic action. Improves rheological properties of blood, raises a diuresis.

Indications to use:

- dehydration and intoxication of an organism arising at various diseases (food toxicoinfection, cholera El-Tor (Inab), acute dysentery, etc.)

Route of administration and doses:

Trisol enter intravenously (struyno or kapelno). Before the use solution is warmed up to 36-38 °C. At severe forms of diseases (hypovolemic infektsionnotoksichesky shock, inadequate capillary perfusion, a lekompensirovanny metabolic acidosis, an anury) begin with jet introduction of Trisol with the subsequent transition to drop.

At easier forms of diseases (intoxication and dehydration of an organism, a metabolic acidosis, an oliguria) it is possible to be limited to drop administration of drug.

Solution is entered in the quantities necessary for recovery of volume of the liquid lost with excrements, emetic masses, urine and then. Use of drug is carried out under control of laboratory indicators. The balance of the entered and lost liquid is defined each 6 hours

Features of use:

Before introduction to warm up solution to 36-38 °C.

Side effects:

Hypostases, tachycardia. Emergence of a fever is in certain cases possible, at development of a hyperpotassemia replace with sodium solution acetate + sodium chloride.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, hyperpotassemia, renal and heart failure.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity 2 years. After a period of validity drug should not be used. In the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 25 °C.

Packaging:

Solution for infusions. 200, 400 ml in bottles glass for blood, infusional and transfusion drugs with a capacity of 250, 450 ml respectively, corked by rubber bungs and pressed out by aluminum caps.

28 bottles with a capacity of 250 ml or 15 bottles with a capacity of 450 ml place in boxes from corrugated fibreboard with an investment of application instructions.
