General characteristics. Structure:
Ginseng of the roots crushed - 100 g, alcohol of ethyl 70% - enough before receiving 1 l of tincture.
Pharmacological properties:
Stimulates the central nervous system, has all-tonic, hypertensive and hypoglycemic effect.
Indications to use:
Arterial hypotension, asthenic syndrome, physical and mental overfatigue.
Route of administration and doses:
Inside in 30-40 minutes prior to food till 15-20 drops 2-3 times a day. Course of treatment of 30-40 days. Expediency of carrying out a repeated course is defined by the doctor.
Features of use:
Drug should not be used in the second half of day in order to avoid a sleep disorder.
Side effects:
Allergic reactions, tachycardia, headache are possible. At use of drug the sleep disorder and a hypoglycemia can be observed.
Interaction with other medicines:
Potentiation of action of stimulators and analeptics is possible (caffeine, camphor, Phenaminum, etc.) drug is a physiological antagonist of the means oppressing the central nervous system (including barbiturates, tranquilizers, sedative drugs, neuroleptics, etc.).
Contraindications:
The increased individual sensitivity to drug components, arterial hypertension (the increased arterial pressure), a hyperexcitability, epilepsy, convulsive conditions, frustration of a dream, acute infectious diseases, chronic diseases of a liver. Drug is not recommended to be used at pregnancy, in the period of a lactation and to children up to 12 years.
