General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: Benphothiaminum of 100 mg; The Pyridoxine a hydrochloride in terms of a pyridoxine (B6 Vitamin) of 100 mg; Cyanocobalamine (B12 Vitamin) of 200 mkg *

* - in connection with features of technological process it is put in the form of 1% of mix of cyanocobalamine in microcrystallic cellulose in number of 24,0 mg.

Excipients: calcium hydrophosphate, cellulose microcrystallic, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide colloid.

Pharmacological properties:

The complex of vitamins of group B (B1, B6, B12) has effect on a state and function of nervous tissue. Benphothiaminum – a fat-soluble form of B1 vitamin (thiamin). In a human body thiamin turns into active thiamine pyrophosphate and as a coenzyme the alpha – ketoglutaratdekarboksilazny complexes which participate in oxidizing decarboxylation pyroracemic and an alpha – keto-glutaric acids is included piruvatdekarboksilazny; transketomanholes enzymes of the pentozofosfatny shunt. Important result of action of Benphothiaminum is significant increase in activity transketomanholes: one of serious biochemical violations at a diabetes mellitus is enzyme oppression transketomanholes. Thiamin takes active part in synthesis of ATP (adenosinetriphosphate) participating in momentum transfer in vegetative fibers and gangliya. Regulates carrying out nervous impulse, improving synoptic transfer. The effect of Benphothiaminum several times exceeds effect of thiamin, thanks to the high tropnost to phospholipids of membranes of cells of nervous tissue. The pyridoxine is necessary for normal functioning central and peripheral nervous systems. Coming to an organism, it is phosphorylated, turns into piridoksal-5-phosphate and is a part of the enzymes which are carrying out decarboxylation, transamination and racemization of amino acids, and also enzymatic transformation of sulfur-containing and hydroxylated amino acids. Participates in tryptophane exchange (participation in serotonin biosynthesis reaction). Accelerates regenerative processes in nervous tissue. Cyanocobalamine participates in a number of the important biochemical reactions providing life activity of an organism (synthesis of nucleic acids, protein, exchange of amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids). In an organism (it is preferential in a liver) turns into methylcobalamine and 5-dezoksiadenozilkobalamin. Methylcobalamine participates in reaction of transformation of a gomotsistein into methionine and S-adenozilmetionin - key reactions of metabolism of pirimidinovy and purine bases (and, therefore DNA and RNA). At insufficiency of vitamin B of this reaction methyltetrahydrofolic acid can replace it, at the same time foliyevopotrebny reactions of metabolism are broken.
5-dezoksiadenozilkobalamin serves as a factor at isomerization L-metilmalonil-KOA in suktsinil-KOA - important reaction of metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. Deficit of B12 vitamin leads to disturbance of proliferation of the fast-sharing cells of the hemopoietic fabric and an epithelium, and also to disturbance of formation of a myelin cover of neurons.

Indications to use:

It is applied in complex therapy of the following neurologic diseases: polyneuropathy of various etiology, including diabetic, alcoholic, intercostal neuralgia, a lumbar ishialgia, a radiculopathy, a cervicobrachial syndrome, the radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes of a backbone; neuritis of a facial nerve, epileptiform neuralgia, retrobulbar neuritis.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, on 1 tablet 1-3 times a day after food, washing down with enough liquid. Duration of treatment and repeated courses – according to the recommendation of the doctor. Treatment by high doses of drug more than 4 x is not recommended weeks.

Features of use:

Not to exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible: skin rash, a small tortoiseshell, the complicated breath, a Quincke's edema, an acute anaphylaxis. In some cases – sweating strengthening, acne rash, tachycardia.

Interaction with other medicines:

The levodopa reduces effect of therapeutic doses of a pyridoxine. At combined use with Cycloserinum, Penicillaminum, Epinephrinum, Norepinephrinum, sulfonamida decrease in efficiency of action of a pyridoxine is possible. Copper accelerates destruction of Benphothiaminum; besides, Benphothiaminum loses the action at increase in PH values (more than 3). At the combined use of Benphothiaminum with ethanol absorption of Benphothiaminum sharply decreases. Against the background of combined use of cyanocobalamine with colchicine and guanyl guanidines decrease in absorption of the cyanocobalamine which is a part of drug is noted.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Heart failure in a decompensation stage. Children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

Overdose symptoms: nausea, weakness, gastrointestinal frustration. At overdose to see a doctor. Treatment: absorbent carbon inside, gastric lavage, symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

On 30 tablets film coated in the blister from an aluminum foil / PVC.
