Acting substance: all components on 2,2 мкл: Acidum formicicum D10, Acidum formicicum D30, Acidum formicicum D200, Asclepias tuberosa D10, Asclepias tuberosa D30, Asclepias tuberosa D200, Selenicereusgrandiflorus D10, Seleni cereus grandiflorus D30, Seleni cereus grandiflorus D200, Castoreum sibiricum D10, Castoreum sibiricum D30, Castoreum sibiricum D200, Crataegus D10, Crataegus D30, Crataegus D200, Plumbum jodatum D10, Plumbum jodatum D30, Plumbum jodatum D200 on 1,1 мкл; Nitroglycerinum Nitroglycerinum D10, Nitroglycerinum D30, Nitroglycerinum D200, Spigelia D10, Spigelia D30, Spigelia D200 in 1,1 ml of injection solution.

Vspomogatelyy substances: isotonic (0,9%) solution of q.s sodium chloride.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug optimizes a condition of the autonomic nervous system, eliminates a spasm of coronary vessels, has a nitratopodibna, cardio-and vazoprotektorny action. Effect of drug is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of the substances of plant, mineral and animal origin which are a part of drug.

Pharmacokinetics. For homeopathic medicines is not defined.

Indications to use:

   - chronic coronary heart disease, stenocardia, acute myocardial infarction;
   - therapy of effects of a myocardial infarction;
   - retoksichesky weakening of a myocardium (medicinal or postinfectious mio-, Endo and perikardita);
   - pains in heart of a vertebrogenny origin;
   - hypertensia, neurocirculatory dystonia, vegeto-vascular dystonia;
   - cerebrovascular pathology.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose for adults and children of 12 years - 1 ampoule, for children – from 2nd to 3 years – 0,3 ml of contents of an ampoule; from 3rd to 6 years – on 0,6 ml of contents of an ampoule; from 6 to 12 years – 0,7 ml of contents of an ampoule.

The drug is administered in oil, in/in, boiled and smoked, п / to, in acupuncture points (gomeosiniatriya), segmentarno (п / to in heart between 2-5 edges, and at a cervical syndrome - paravertebralno). In acute cases of 1 times a day for 2-3 days, further – 1-3 times a week.

At impossibility of parenteral administration oral administration in the form of "drinking ampoules" is used. A course of treatment – 2-5 weeks.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. The question of expediency of use of drug to pregnant women and women who nurse is solved by the doctor individually taking into account advantage/risk.

Children. Drug is recommended for use to children aged from 2 years.

Features of use. Not to apply at diseases of a thyroid gland without preliminary consultation of the doctor.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It is unknown.
