General characteristics. Structure:

Acting substance: 143 mg of Colchicum autumnale D4, 83 mg of Solidago virgaurea D3, 143 mg of Berberis vulgaris D4, 143 mg of Bryonia cretica D4, 83 mg of Calcium hypophosphorosum D3, 83 mg of Convallaria majalis D4, 83 mg of Echinacea angustifolia D4, 83 mg of Formica rufa D4, 83 mg of Formica rufa D6, 83 mg of Formica rufa D10, 83 mg of Ferrum phosphoricum D10, 83 mg of Lithium chloratum D3, 146 mg of Toxicodendron quercifolium e summitatibus rec D4, 143 mg of Sarsaparilla D4, 143 mg of Salix alba D4, 83 mg of Coffeinum monohydricum D4, 83 mg of Cinchona succirubra D4, 83 mg of Acidum silicicum D8 in 2 ml of solution.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug metabolic, antiinflammatory, anesthetizing, antirheumatic, diuretic, antiseptic action. Effect of drug is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of substances of plant, mineral and animal origin, being a part of drug.

Indications to use:

As a part of complex treatment of urate diathesis, gout, urolithic diathesis, disturbances of purine exchange, arthritises.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children of 6 years - 1 ampoule on 2 ml. To apply in the form of intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal injections, to children - in the form of "drinking ampoules" (to dissolve a single dose in 5-10 ml of water and to drink, detaining for several seconds in a mouth) 1-3 times a week.

Course of treatment - 4-6 weeks.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Not to apply during pregnancy or feeding by a breast.

Children. Drug is recommended for treatment of children aged from 12 years.

Features of use are absent.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. Considering that sensitive patients at use of drug can have side reactions (dizziness, a lowering of arterial pressure), for this period it is necessary to abstain from control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms.

Side effects:

In isolated cases there can be side reactions from a shlukovo-intestinal path (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, an abdominal pain) or skin reactions – including in several days after use. In some cases there can be hypersensitivity reactions.

At use of the drugs prepared from a purple cone-flower an enanthesis, an itch, urticaria, excitement, a sleep disorder, in isolated cases – a face edema, the complicated breath (asthma), dizziness and a lowering of arterial pressure were observed.

In isolated cases there can be hypersensitivity reactions, such as skin reactions and fever after use of the drugs containing quinine or quinidine.

Interaction with other medicines:

Owing to an immunopromoting effect the purple cone-flower can reduce efficiency of the drugs having an immunodepressive effect. Drug is not recommended to be used along with drugs with a hepatotoxic action, such as Amiodaronum, methotrexate, кетоконазол, steroid drugs.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, a thistle family to plants (a camomile medicinal, a calendula medicinal, a dandelion).

Tuberculosis, leukemia, inflammatory diseases of connecting fabric (collagenic diseases, including rheumatism), autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infection and other chronic viral diseases. New growths.

Pregnancy or period of feeding by a breast. Children's age up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Strengthening of manifestations of side reactions is possible. At use of high doses of drug developing of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sleeplessness, overexcitement is possible.

Storage conditions:

To store in external cardboard packaging at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the places unavailable to children! A period of validity - 5 years.
