Framinazin

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 12,5 mg (8000 ME) of Framycetinum of sulfate.

Excipients: glycerin, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, methylparahydroxybenzoate, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Framycetinum – the antibiotic of group of aminoglycosides possessing bactericidal action. Damages a cytoplasmic membrane, will disorganize flows of metabolites in a cell and causes bystry death of microorganisms.

It is active concerning the gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria causing development of infectious and inflammatory processes in upper respiratory tracts.

Pharmacokinetics. Researches of pharmacokinetics of medicine were not conducted in connection with low system absorption.

Indications to use:

- as a part of a combination therapy at infectious and inflammatory diseases of upper respiratory tracts, including at rhinitis, a nasopharyngitis, sinusitis (in case of the unimpaired partitions);
- at inflammatory processes after operative measures (prevention and treatment).

Route of administration and doses:

The bottle at injection should be held vertically.
The adult – on 1 injection in each nasal course 4-6raz in days; to children – on 1 injection in each nasal course 3 times a day.

The average duration of treatment – 7 days.

Features of use:

At prolonged use of medicine dysbacteriosis and emergence of resistant strains of microorganisms is possible.

If within 7 days of treatment the therapeutic effect is absent or is expressed poorly, medicine needs to be cancelled.

Not to apply to washing of adnexal bosoms.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: in rare instances skin manifestations.

Interaction with other medicines:

Clinically significant interactions of medicine with other medicines are not revealed.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity (including to other aminoglycosides).

Pregnancy and lactation. Adequate and strictly controlled clinical trials of safety of use of medicine at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation it was not carried out.

Overdose:

Due to low extent of absorption in a system blood stream the overdose is improbable.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light at a temperature not above +25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 2 years.
