Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. Sea-buckthorn oil has the epithelizing, granulating and soothing properties.
Indications to use:
Sea-buckthorn oil is applied as means to topical administration:
• At radiation injuries of skin
• At burns and decubituses;
• For treatment of colpitises
Inside sea-buckthorn oil is appointed for prevention of damages of a mucous membrane at radiation therapy cancer of a gullet.
Sea-buckthorn oil is also accepted inside at treatment of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, damages of a gullet.
Route of administration and doses:
Sea-buckthorn oil is applied as means to topical administration:
• At radiation injuries of skin (drawing on the struck surface after pretreatment by its antibiotics;
• At burns and decubituses;
• For treatment of colpitises (the course of treatment consists of 10-15 procedures), an endocervicitis and erosion of a neck of uterus (a course of treatment — 8-12 procedures) — in the form of the vulval pads impregnated with sea-buckthorn oil.
Inside sea-buckthorn oil is appointed for prevention of damages of a mucous membrane at radiation therapy of cancer of gullet (on 1/2 tablespoons 3 times a day during a course of radiation therapy and within 2-3 its weeks upon termination of).
Sea-buckthorn oil is also accepted inside at treatment of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, damages of a gullet.
Storage conditions:
To store in the dry cool, protected from light place. A period of validity - 1 year 6 months.
