General characteristics. Structure:

Drops eye in the form of the transparent or slightly opalescent, colourless or poorly painted liquid.

Active ingredient:                                     1 ml
gipromelloz (gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloz) of 3 mg

Excipients: a benzalkoniya chloride (100 mkg/ml), sodium chloride (2 mg/ml), dinatrium эдетат (1 mg/ml), sodium phosphate monosubstituted two-water (3.5 mg/ml), sodium phosphate disubstituted 12-water (24 mg/ml), water for and.

Pharmacological properties:

Cornea epithelium protector. Has the moistening and protective effect in relation to a cornea at hyposecretion of the lacrimal liquid. Having high viscosity, increases duration of contact of solution with a cornea. The index of refraction of solution is similar to natural tears.

Recovers, stabilizes and reproduces optical characteristics of the lacrimal film.

Subjective and objective improvement of a state (reduction of a hyperemia, epithelization of the centers of defeat) usually occurs within 3-5 days, the expressed improvement or full treatment - within 2-3 weeks.

 

Pharmacokinetics. Data on pharmacokinetics of the drug Defislyoz® are not provided.

Indications to use:

— erosion and trophic helcomas;

— cornea epithelium microtraumas;

— violent dystrophic changes of a cornea;

— keratopathy;

— ectropion;

— lagophthalmia;

— deformation century;

— a state after plastic surgeries on centuries;

— a state after thermal and corrosive burns of a cornea and a conjunctiva;

— a state after a keratoplasty, keratoektomiya;

— replacement therapy at hyposecretion of the lacrimal liquid;

— a syndrome of a dry eye (Shegren's syndrome), a xerosis, a keratosis (as a part of a combination therapy);

— hypersensitivity of eyes;

— upon termination of holding diagnostic procedures: gonioskopiya, elektroretinografiya, elektrookulografiya, ekhobiometrichesky research of an eyeglobe.

Route of administration and doses:

It is necessary to dig in drug on 1-2 drops / If necessary it is possible to enter 1-2 drops into a conjunctival sac of 4-8 times each hour. A course of treatment - 2-3 weeks.

Features of use:

Carrying soft contact lenses during drug use is not recommended. When carrying rigid (firm) contact lenses before an instillation of drug they should be taken out and again to establish not earlier than in 20-30 min. after drug use.

Prolonged use of the drug Defislyoz® is not recommended.

Influence on ability to driving of motor transport and to control of mechanisms

Right after instillation the illegibility of visual perception is possible that it can cause difficulties in control of vehicles or during the work with mechanisms. Therefore to start performance of the work demanding sight clearness follows not earlier than 15 min. later after instillation.

Side effects:

Local reactions: feeling of pasting a century (because of big viscosity of solution), allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

The drug Defislyoz® pharmaceutical is incompatible with the eye drops containing salts of metals.

Contraindications:

— hypersensitivity to drug components.

Use of drug in an acute phase of a burn is not recommended (until full removal of toxic substance).

 

Use of the drug DEFISLYOZ® at pregnancy and feeding by a breast

There are no data on an opportunity and safety of use of drug at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation.

Overdose:

At use of eye drops of Defislyoz® the overdose is improbable.

Storage conditions:

Drug should be stored in protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 25 °C; not to freeze. A period of validity - 2 years.
