Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug metabolic, regenerating, the anesthetizing, antiinflammatory, spasmolytic and sedative action. Effect of drug is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of the substances of plant, mineral and animal origin which are a part of drug.

Pharmacokinetics. It was not studied.

Indications to use:

Treatment of osteochondrosis, diseases of the copular device of a backbone, joints. Neurologic and rheumatological diseases of a backbone.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children 6 years – 1 ampoule on 2,2 ml are more senior. To apply in the form of intramuscular, subcutaneous, intradermal injections 1-3 times a week.

Considering features of a course of a disease and a condition of the patient, the doctor can change duration of a course of treatment and a route of administration (oral administration: to dissolve a single dose in 5-10 ml of water and to drink, detaining for several seconds in a mouth, an injection paravertebralno, in acupuncture points, intradorsalno).

Course of treatment − 4-6 weeks.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. The question of expediency of use of drug during pregnancy or feeding by a breast is solved by the doctor individually, considering a ratio advantage risk.

Children. Drug is recommended to be used to children 6 years are more senior.

Features of use. In isolated cases perhaps homeopathic initial exacerbation of a disease, quickly passes and does not demand drug withdrawal. If symptoms remain or the state worsens, it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It is unknown.

Drug should not be mixed with other medicines in one capacity.

Side effects:

Occasionally there can be hypersensitivity reactions in the form of allergic reactions from skin or burning after effect of the medicines containing quinine. In such cases it is necessary to consult with the doctor. The sensitization to quinine or quinidine and hypersalivation can be observed.
