General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: эсцин 10 mg, "essential" phospholipids of 10 mg,  heparin sodium 100 ME.

Excipients: isopropanol of 300 mg, глицерол 85% 20 mg, троламин 10.8 mg, a bactericide of MV of 10 mg, mg carbomer 940 8, cologne of 0.7 mg, oil of rosemary of 0.4 mg, oil lavender 0.4 mg, water to 1 g.

Description: gel for external use transparent, light yellow color, with a characteristic smell.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug, renders local antikoagulyangny, antiinflammatory, venotoniziruyushchy and antiagregantny action, reduces permeability of veins, improves microcirculation.

Heparin sodium - anticoagulant of direct action; thanks to an inactivation of biogenic amines and blocking of lizosomalny enzymes in fabric, shows antiinflammatory action, accelerates dissolution of microblood clots in the field of hypodermic capillaries, interferes with a thrombogenesis, activates fibrinolitic system; improves microcirculation, promotes regeneration of connecting fabric due to oppression of activity of hyaluronidase.

Phospholipids reduce viscosity of blood thanks to influence on metabolism of fats, reduce processes of aggregation of thrombocytes.

Estsin - venotoniziruyushchy means of a plant origin. Interferes with activation of the lizosomalny enzymes splitting proteoglycan, raises a tone of a venous wall, eliminates venous stagnation; reduces permeability and fragility of capillaries. Reduces exudation, reduces a liquid exudate in fabric and accelerates a rassasyvaniye of the existing hypostasis. Slows down processes of an inflammation, improves microcirculation, promotes a reparation of bodies and fabrics.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly.

Features of use:

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:

Contraindications:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast

Use at pregnancy is possible only when the expected advantage of therapy for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit. Use in the III trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated.

In need of use in the period of a lactation breastfeeding is recommended to be stopped.

Use for children

Contraindicated to children up to 18 years.

Overdose:
