General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient:

"essential" phospholipids   of 300 mg
niacinamide                                of 30 mg
pyridoxine hydrochloride               of 6 mg
Riboflavinum                                   of 6 mg
thiamin mononitrate                        of 6 mg
α-tocopherol acetate                      of 6 mg

Excipients: triglycerides srednetsepochechny 45 mg.

Description. Capsules are firm, gelatinous, opaque, No. 1. The case of the capsule of red color, a lid - brown color. Capsule contents - the pasty mass of yellow color.

Pharmacological properties:

The essential phospholipids which are a part of drug are the basic structural elements of outer cellular membranes and organellas of hepatocytes. In an organism they exert the normalizing impact on metabolism of lipids, proteins and on disintoxication function of a liver; recover and keep cellular structure of a liver, regulate activity of some enzymatic systems, slow down process of formation of connecting fabric in a liver.

The vitamins which are a part of drug perform function of coenzymes in various biochemical processes and exponentiate effect of essential phospholipids.

Pharmacokinetics. Essential phospholipids are well soaked up in digestive tract, including in the form of biologically active products of their hydrolysis by digestive enzymes which are transported through an intestines wall in a lymphatic bed. In a liver there is a partial resynthesis of phosphatidylsincaline from hydrolysates. Essential phospholipids are removed from an organism mainly at defecation, a small part with urine. The vitamins which are a part of drug are removed by kidneys. Alpha tocopherol acetate is removed with bile, partially kidneys. The elimination half-life of drug makes about 20 hours.

Indications to use:

— fatty dystrophy of a liver of various etiology;

— disturbances of lipidic exchange of a liver;

— hepatitis and cirrhosis;

— toxic damage of a liver (including alcoholic, narcotic, medicinal etiology);

— radial illness;

— psoriasis (as a part of complex therapy).

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, on 2-3 capsules, during food, swallowing 3 times a day entirely with enough water.

Course of treatment - not less than 3 months, if necessary extension of a course of treatment is possible.

Side effects:

Usually drug is transferred well. Allergic reactions, gas generation, heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, coloring of urine in dark yellow color are very seldom observed (owing to the content of vitamins of group B).

Interaction with other medicines:

The levodopa - is observed decrease in effect of a levodopa at the expense of the pyridoxine which is contained in drug.

Colestyraminum - decreases absorption of the niacinamide which is contained in drug.

It is recommended to observe an interval within 4-6 hours between receptions of these two drugs.

Contraindications:

— hypersensitivity to drug components;

— cholestasia;

— empyema of a gall bladder;

— children's age up to 16 years.

 

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast
Use of drug during pregnancy is possible only according to the recommendation of the doctor if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit.

In need of administration of drug during a lactation it is recommended to resolve an issue of the feeding termination by a breast.

Use for children
Contraindicated to children up to 16 years.

Storage conditions:

In the dry place at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years.
