Description:
Empyema of a gall bladder (empyema vesicae felleae) — the acute purulent cholecystitis which is followed by accumulation of a significant amount of pus in a cavity of a gall bladder.
Symptoms of the Empyema of a gall bladder:
Bad attack of cholecystitis, usually with sharply expressed clinical picture (megalgias, return in a shoulder and a shovel, temperature 38 — 39 °). Locally muscular tension, morbidity of a liver, sometimes subikterichnost. The attack does not come to an end, pains remain, temperature can decrease a little, but completely is not liquidated, muscular tension keeps. The probed gall bladder has no bent to reduction, increases, stretching pus.
Current and complication. Perforation and microperforation with the subsequent diffuse peritonitis, a pericholecystitis with phlegmonous process in a bubble circle, perforation in abdominal organs.
