General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 80 mg of dry extract from leaves and flowers of a hawthorn (4-6,6:1) that corresponds to 15 mg of oligomerous pro-cyanidines.

Excipients: silicon dioxide colloid anhydrous, lactoses monohydrate, sodium of a kroskarmelloz, cellulose microcrystallic, talc, magnesium stearate, gipromelloza, macrogoal 400, macrogoal 6000, sucrose, anhydrous citric acid, ferrous oxides and E 172 hydroxides, titanium E 171 dioxide, antifoam emulsion of SE 2.

Cardiological drug with the expressed spasmolytic action.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Means for treatment of diseases of cardiovascular system. The Kardiplant contains WS 1442 extract which quality is guaranteed by standardization of dry extract from leaves and flowers of a hawthorn and the content of 12,5-17,5 mg of oligomerous pro-cyanidines of 80 mg of extract.

Drug renders positive positive inotropic and dromotropic effects, negative bathmotropic action, strengthens coronary and myocardial blood circulation, reduces resistance of peripheral vessels. Improves sokratitelny ability of a cardiac muscle and optimizes cardiac performance depending on metabolic requirements of an organism, shows cardiotyre-tread action. Reduces excitability of a myocardium, improves oxygen use by heart, shows the calming influence on TsNS, increases organism resistance to adverse factors.

During the pharmacological researches in public with heart failure of the II stage according to criteria of the New York cardiological association (NYHA), after 2-month reception of extract of a hawthorn, Kardiplanta who is a part, improvement of value judgment of a disease, and also increase in working capacity, reduction of heart rate, increase in fraction of emission of blood and increase in an anaerobic threshold was observed.

Pharmacokinetics. Drug is absorbed in intestines and collects in various bodies and especially in a cardiac muscle.

Indications to use:

Heart failure that corresponds to a stage of II according to criteria of the New York cardiological association (NYHA) that is characterized by such symptoms as bystry fatigue, an asthma, heartbeat at a considerable and moderate exercise stress.

Route of administration and doses:

Apply internally. Adults and children are more senior than 12 years accept 1-2 tablets three times a day, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid, irrespective of meal.

Duration of use of drug makes at least 6 weeks.

Features of use:
