General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 45-55 mg of dry extract of rhizomes of a plant of a kava-kav that corresponds to 35 mg of kavalakton.

Phytodrug for treatment of conditions of alarm, fear, nervous tension and concern.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. In therapeutic doses plant extract Kawa-kava has anxiolytic effect - i.e. property of suppression of alarm, fear. Besides, sedative, anticonvulsant, spasmolytic and myorelaxation effects are inherent to drug.

The Stressplant leads to improvement of quality of a dream that is confirmed by data of elektroentsefalografichesky researches.

The feature distinguishing drug of Stressplant from many other tranquilizers is lack of influence on speed of response that is confirmed rszultatm of neurophysiological tests. The Stressplant can be used as "a day tranquilizer".

Indications to use:

Conditions of alarm, fear, nervous tension and concern.

Route of administration and doses:

On 1 capsule 3 times a day, without chewing, washing down with a small amount of liquid. To accept drug in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, irrespective of meal.

The Stressplant is not recommended to accept more than 3 months without recommendation of the doctor.

Features of use:

Researches of drug of Stressplant showed that its action does not influence speed of response. However, considering a possibility of development of various individual reactions, it is fully impossible to exclude probability temporary deteriorations in ability to active participation in the road and transport movement and to service of cars and mechanisms. It concerns, first of all, cases of interaction of drug with alcohol or other substances of the central action.

Side effects:

Seldom or never easy gastrointestinal frustration or skin allergic reactions At prolonged use of drug perhaps temporary yellowing of skin, nails can be observed. In this case it is necessary to refuse further administration of drug, At overdose passing vision disorders and coordinations of movement of eyeglobes are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Strengthening of effect of such substances of the central action as alcohol, barbiturates and drugs of a psychotropic row is possible. During treatment by Stressplant it is necessary to reduce to a minimum or to refuse alcohol intake.

Contraindications:

Drug cannot be accepted during pregnancy and in the period of a lactation, and also at endogenous depressions (the depressions which are not caused by somatic or psychogenic factors).

Overdose:

Visual disturbances (mydriasis, incoordination of eyes); skin reactions (reddening, itch).

Storage conditions:

To store at the room temperature in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 4 years.
