Vitalipid of N adult

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 194,1 mkg of Retinolum of palmitate that corresponds to 99 mkg of Retinolum (Vit. A), 910 mkg of α-tocopherol ((((((((((Vit. E), 0,5 mkg of ergocalciferol (Vit. D2), 15 mkg phytomenadionum (Vit. K1).

Excipients: oil of soybeans, phospholipids of an egg yolk, глицерол anhydrous, sodium hydroxide 1M - to pH 8.0 (is a proofreader of pH and on labels of an ampoule and cardboard packs it is not taken out), water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Polyvitaminic drug. Pharmacological properties of drug are caused by properties of the fat-soluble vitamins which are its part. Vitalipid of N adult is a mix of vitamins B the quantities consumed at a usual diet and should not have any pharmakodinamichesky effects except recovery and maintenance of normal level of A, D2, E, K1 vitamins.

Indications to use:

— for ensuring daily need for fat-soluble A, D2, E, K1 vitamins at parenteral food at adult patients and children 11 years are more senior.

Route of administration and doses:

Intravenously. Before use Vitalipid the N adult needs to part. All manipulations have to be made in aseptic conditions.

To adult patients and children 11 years are more senior appoint in 1 hour prior to infusion 1 ampoule (10 ml) of Vitalipid of N adult add 10% and 20% to 500 ml of Intralipid.

The received solution is mixed easy rocking, then use for parenteral infusions according to the application instruction of Intralipid. The received solution needs to be used within 24 hours.

Excessive contents of open ampoules / bottles have to be destroyed, but not be reused.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Special researches were not conducted, but there are published data on safe purpose of fat-soluble vitamins. However reception more than 3000 ME vitamins A is not recommended during pregnancy.

Use at abnormal liver functions. It is contraindicated at the diseases proceeding with disturbance of exchange of fats, such as an abnormal liver function.

Use at renal failures. It is contraindicated at the diseases proceeding with disturbance of exchange of fats, such as a renal failure.

Side effects:

Against the background of Vitalipid's infusion N adult can arise the side reactions characteristic of any fatty emulsions of parenteral food.

Interaction with other medicines:

Vitalipid of N the adult contains K1 vitamin which can interact with anticoagulants of a coumarinic row.

Separate microelements can cause some degradation of vitamin A.

Contraindications:

— the increased individual sensitivity to drug components;

— the diseases proceeding with disturbance of exchange of fats such as renal failure, dekompensirovanny diabetes mellitus, pancreatitis, abnormal liver function, hypothyroidism (if the gipertriglitseridemiya is noted) and heavy sepsis. At such patients in case of Vitalipid's use it is necessary to control carefully the level of triglycerides in blood serum;

— hypersensitivity to proteins of soy and eggs.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place protected from light at a temperature not above 25 °C. Not to freeze! To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years.
