General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: powders: 130 mg kommifor мукул gum resins, 7 mg of an azadirakhta Indian leaves of Melia azadirachta L., 16 mg of a mummy of cleared; extracts: 32 mg of a barberry awned roots Berberis aristata DC., 16 mg of an emblika medicinal fruits of Emblica officinalis Gaertn., 16 mg of a bombway of a chebula of a peel of fruits of Terminalia chebula Retz., 16 mg of a bombway of a bellerika of a peel of fruits of Terminaba bellerica Gaertn. Roxb., 16 mg of a cassia tubular fruits of Cassia fistula L., 16 mg of a baukhiniya of motley Bauhinia variegata L bark., 3 mg of a mesu iron flowers of Mesua ferrea L.

The mixes of the following vegetable raw materials processed over steam of water extract (in equal quantities in the ratio with water 1:10): day flowers willow-leaf whole plant (Commelina salicifolia Roxb.), mimosas bashful whole plant (Mimosa púdica L.), acorus ordinary rhizomes (Acorns calamus L.), blyume of the Malayan pitch, brasiletto bondukovy seeds (Caesalpinia bonducella Roxb.), amorfofallyusa campaniform corms (Amorphophallus campanulatus Blume.).

Excipients: magnesium stearate, cellulose microcrystallic, коповидон, silicon dioxide colloid, karmelloza of sodium.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Пайлекс tablets are represented by multicomponent vegetable means which efficiency is caused by complex action of its components. The medicinal plants which are a part of tablets of Payleks render antiinflammatory, antiedematous, venotoniziruyushchy, wound healing, membrane stabilizing, antimicrobic and antioxidant action.

At use of tablets of Payleks reduction of venous stagnation, puffiness, a hyperemia and other signs of inflammatory process at acute and chronic hemorrhoids in an aggravation stage is observed. Drug promotes microcirculation improvement, healing process acceleration, decrease in probability of infection. Thanks to the calming and easy laxative action use of drug of Payleks facilitates process of defecation at the chronic locks accompanying hemorrhoids.

Pharmacokinetics. Data on pharmacokinetics of multicomponent vegetable drug of Payleks in a dosage form of a tablet are absent. Activity of drug is caused by mutually strengthening combined action of its components that is characteristic of herbal remedies. As activity of drug it is impossible to charge completely to any one connection, pharmacokinetic researches of multicomponent vegetable drugs, including Payleks of a tablet, are impracticable.

Indications to use:

Hemorrhoids 1-2 stages.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. The adult on 2 tablets 2 times a day after food. Duration of a course of therapy makes 14 days. If necessary the course of therapy can be prolonged.

Features of use:

Influence on ability to manage vehicles and mechanisms. Drug does not exert negative impact on performance of potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and bystry reactions (driving and other vehicles, work with moving mechanisms, work of the dispatcher/operator and another).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. Seldom - the dispepsichesky phenomena (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) which are quickly undergoing later drug withdrawals.

Interaction with other medicines:

Combined use of drugs of Payleks of a tablet and Payleks of gems ointment promotes increase in efficiency of treatment.

Perhaps use with other antihemorrhoidal drugs is aware of complex therapy.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to separate components of drug. Digestive tract erosive cankers in an aggravation stage. Massive bleedings from hemorrhoidal nodes, acute thrombosis hemorrhoidal nodes. Pregnancy, the breastfeeding period, children's age up to 18 years (due to the lack of data on efficiency and safety).

Overdose:

So far cases of overdose are not described.

Storage conditions:

In the dry place at a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.

Packaging:

On 100 tablets in a plastic bottle from polyethylene of high density with the screwed cover. The neck of a bottle is in addition tightened by aluminum foil with the trademark of firm applied on it. Each bottle with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
