General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 50 mg of extract of a mimosa of bashful, 30 mg of extract of leaves of a summer cypress of the Chinese, 20 mg of extract of flowers of a calendula of medicinal, 30 mg of extract of an eklipta of white, 10 mg of powder of sodium of pyroborate, 10 mg of powder of zinc oxide, 12,25 mg of powder of camphor.

The extract of mix of vegetable raw materials processed over steam: meliya to an azadirakhta, ailanthus high, blyume resiniferous, eklipta white, onions shallot (onions askalonsky), acorus ordinary, nightshade black, mimosas bashful.

Excipients: propylene glycol, sodium methylparahydroxybenzoate, sodium пропилпарагидроксибензоат, a ketomacrogoal 1000, ketostearyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, paraffin yellow soft, cellulose microcrystallic, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined vegetable drug. The extracts of medicinal plants which are its part promote reduction of pain, bleeding and inflammation in the field of hemorrhoidal nodes, accelerate process of healing of proctal cracks.

Camphor improves microcirculation, thereby renders antimicrobic, local analgeziruyushchy and antiinflammatory action.

Pharmacokinetics. Activity of drug is caused by mutually strengthening action of a combination of its components that is characteristic of herbal remedies. As activity of drug it is impossible to charge completely to any one connection, carrying out kinetic observations is not possible, everything together components cannot be tracked by means of markers or bioresearches.

Indications to use:

— hemorrhoids;

— proctitis;

— proctal cracks.

Route of administration and doses:

Apply the adult outwardly. Payleks™ ointment is applied by means of the applicator to or after bowel emptying and a toilet of area of an anus of 2 times/days (in the morning and in the evening). Duration of a course of treatment is 14 days.

The applicator is carefully washed out with soap and warm water and stored dry before the following use.

Simultaneous use of the tablets Payleks™ increases efficiency of therapy.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. It is possible to use drug in the I trimester of pregnancy and in the period of a lactation with care and only in those slucha when estimated advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit or the child.

Special instructions. Influence on ability to driving of motor transport and to control of mechanisms. Use of drug does not exert impact on ability of the patient to performance of the work requiring special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: perhaps weak burning sensation which is not demanding drug withdrawal.

Interaction with other medicines:

Interaction of the drug Payleks™ with other medicines is not known so far.

Contraindications:

— children's age up to 12 years;

— hypersensitivity to any of drug components.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are noted.

Storage conditions:

Drug should be stored in the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. A period of validity - 3 years.
