General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 3,9 g of extract liquid water * from collecting: 38% of a mimosa bashful whole plant (Mimosa pudica L.), 23% of an eklipta white whole plant (Eclipta alba Hassk.), 23% of a summer cypress Chinese leaves (Vitex negundo L.), 16% of a calendula medicinal flowers (Calendula officinalis L.), 0,368 g of camphor of racemic 0,368 g, 0,3 g of sodium pyroborate, 0,3 g of zinc oxide.

* Collecting for receiving extract of liquid water is previously processed over extract steam from: azadirakhta Indian seeds and leaves (Melia azadirachta L.), ailanthus high bark (Ailanthus excelsa Mill.), blyume of resiniferous pitch (Blumea balsamifera DC.), eklipta white whole plant (Eclipta alba Hassk.), onions of shallot of leaves (Allium ascalonicum L.), acorus ordinary rhizomes (Acorus calamus L.), nightshade of a black whole plant (Solanum nigrum L.), mimosas bashful whole plant (Mimosa pudica L.).

Excipients: propylene glycol, methylparahydroxysodium benzoate, пропилпарагидроксибензоат sodium, tsetomakrogol-1000, cetostearyl alcohol [cetyl alcohol of 60%, stearyl alcohol of 40%], liquid paraffin, vaseline, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug possesses the knitting, antiinflammatory, antiedematous, venotoniziruyushchy, angioprotektorny action. Topical administration of ointment promotes reduction of signs of venous stagnation, puffiness, bleeding, microcirculation improvement, disappearance of hemorrhoidal nodes. Drug accelerates healing process, reduces irritation of skin and mucous. Thanks to analgetic and antiinflammatory action facilitates defecation process.

Indications to use:

Hemorrhoids 1-2 stages. Proctitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Locally. Adult: 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening), and also before and after each act of defecation. Duration of a course of therapy makes 14 - 28 days. If necessary the course of therapy can be prolonged.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation. Data on use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation are absent.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. After putting ointment perhaps weak burning, tingling in the field of an anus lasting 10-15 minutes which is not demanding additional therapy and drug withdrawal.

Interaction with other medicines:

Combined use of drugs of Payleks of a tablet and Payleks of gems ointment promotes increase in efficiency of treatment. Perhaps use with other antihemorrhoidal drugs is aware of complex therapy.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to separate components of drug. Massive bleedings from hemorrhoidal nodes, acute thrombosis hemorrhoidal nodes. Pregnancy, lactation period. Children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

So far cases of overdose are not described.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry place at    a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
