General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: powders: 324 mg махайоградж гуггул, 32 mg of a mummy, 10 mg сварнамакшик bkhasma, 130 mg шанкх bkhasma, 20 mg of an abelmosh musky seeds; extracts liquid water of mix of vegetable raw materials: 130 mg of a makharasnada кват, 32 mg of a ben krylatosemenny leaves and seeds, 38 mg of a madder serdtselistny roots, 20 mg tinospor serdtselistny stalks, 32 mg of yakorets of creeping fruits.

Processed over extract steam from: summer cypress Chinese leaves, tinospor serdtselistny stalks, basil of a sacred whole plant, eklipta white whole plant, vitaniya somnolent roots, ginger of a medicinal rhizome, dashamula of mix of roots.

Excipients: magnesium stearate, cellulose microcrystallic, karmelloza of sodium, silicon dioxide colloid, кросповидон.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Medicine of a plant origin of a tablet of Rumalaya renders the antiinflammatory, antiedematous, improving microcirculation action. Use of drug of Rumalaya promotes puffiness reduction, easing of pain, removal of a muscular spasm, increase in volume of movements in joints.

The sum of bioflavonoids contributes to improvement of microcirculation and normalization of exchange processes in joints and muscles.

Pharmacokinetics. Data on pharmacokinetics of multicomponent vegetable drug of Rumalaya in a dosage form of a tablet are absent. Activity of drug is caused by mutually strengthening combined action of its components that is characteristic of herbal remedies. As activity of drug it is impossible to charge completely to any one connection, pharmacokinetic researches of multicomponent vegetable drugs, including Rumalaya of a tablet, are impracticable.

Indications to use:

Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of a musculoskeletal system: pseudorheumatism, osteoarthrosis.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. On 2 tablets 3 times a day after food within 4 weeks. In case of the dispepsichesky phenomena the dose of drug can be lowered to 1 tablet 3 times a day. Carrying out repeated courses of treatment is possible according to the recommendation of the doctor.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding is contraindicated.

At the termination of administration of drug of Rumalaya in a dosage form of a tablet about emergence of a syndrome of "cancellation" it was not reported.

Special measures at the admission of one or several doses of drug are not required. If the patient one or several times misses medicine reception, it is necessary to continue administration of drug according to the scheme recommended in the instruction, without doubling a dose.

Special precautionary measures at destruction of unused medicine are not required.

Influence on ability to manage vehicles, mechanisms. There are no data on influence of drug on ability to control of vehicles and to occupation other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (skin itch, small tortoiseshell) are possible. The dispepsichesky phenomena (nausea, diarrhea, feeling of bitterness in a mouth), tranzitorny increase in activity of "hepatic" transaminases are possible. If any of the side effects specified in the instruction are aggravated, or you noticed any other side effects which are not specified in the instruction, report about it to the doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Drug of Rumalaya of a tablet is compatible to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

The combined use with drug of Rumalaya kry in a dosage form external use cream promotes strengthening of therapeutic effect.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to separate components of drug. Children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

So far data on overdose cases at use of drug did not arrive.

Treatment in case of overdose: symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

In the dry place at a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
