General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 6,6 g of sesame Indian the oil processed by liquid water extract *, 3 g of mint field leaves oil, 0,75 g of a cinnamon Ceylon oil, 1,5 g of turpentine of zhivichny, 1,5 g camphor. 

Excipients: methylparahydroxybenzoate, пропилпарагидроксибензоат, tsetomakrogol-1000, cetostearyl alcohol (cetyl alcohol of 60%, stearyl alcohol of 40%), sodium alginate, an ambercane lemon (lemongrass) oil, the water purified.

(Valerianaceae)), Lopukhova's gorkush of roots (Saussurea lappa, C.B. Clarke (Compositae)), waxwork panicled fruits (Celastrus paniculatus, Willd. Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Medicine of a plant origin of Rumalaya kry in a dosage form cream renders the antiinflammatory, antiedematous, distracting, improving microcirculation action. Use of drug of Rumalaya kry promotes puffiness reduction, easing of pain, removal of a muscular spasm, increase in volume of movements in joints.

The sum of terpenoids as a part of drug contributes to improvement of microcirculation and normalization of exchange processes in joints and muscles.

Pharmacokinetics. Data on pharmacokinetics of multicomponent vegetable drug of Rumalaya kry in a dosage form cream are absent. Activity of drug is caused by mutually strengthening combined action of its components that is characteristic of herbal remedies.

As activity of drug it is impossible to charge completely to any one connection, pharmacokinetic researches of multicomponent vegetable drugs, including Rumalaya kry, are impracticable.

Indications to use:

Osteoarthrosis and pseudorheumatism.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly. The strip of cream 1-2 cm long is applied on skin in the field of a projection of the affected joint and rubbed the heavy massage traffics. The processed places are recommended to be kept in the warm. Cream is applied by 2 times a day daily within 4 weeks. Carrying out repeated courses of treatment is possible according to the recommendation of the doctor.

Features of use:

Contraindications:

- Children's age up to 18 years.

- Diseases and injuries of skin to the place of alleged putting drug.

Overdose:

So far data on overdose cases at use of drug did not arrive.

Storage conditions:

In the dry place at a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
