General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: powders: 65 mg of an orchis men's tubers of Orchis mascula L., 32 mg of an asterkant dlinnolistny Astercantha longifolia seeds (L.) Nees, 16 mg of lettuce compass seeds of Lactuca scariola L., 16 mg of a velvet bean of pruritic seeds of Mucuna pruriens (L.) DC., 16 mg of tin of a disulfide (gold mosaic), 32 mg of dry extracts of an argirea beautiful roots Argyreia speciosa Sweet, 32 mg of yakorets of creeping fruits of Tribulus terrestris L., 32 mg of a leptadeniya mesh stalks of Leptadenia reticulate W.Et A., 16 mg of a parmelia pearl Parmelia perlata thallus (Huds.) Ach.

Excipients: cellulose microcrystallic, karmelloza of sodium, magnesium stearate, кросповидон, silicon dioxide colloid.

Indications to use:

Benign hyperplasia of a prostate 1-2 stages, chronic prostatitis (it is aware of symptomatic therapy); the male infertility caused by an oligospermatism and decrease in mobility of spermatozoa.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. After food. High-quality increase in a prostate, chronic prostatitis: originally 2 tablets 2-3 times a day with the subsequent decrease in a maintenance dose. Course of treatment not less than 3 months.

Oligospermatism, male infertility: 2 tablets 3 times a day within 4-6 months. In 2 — 3 months the course of treatment can be repeated.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation. Use for women, including at pregnancy and during breastfeeding is not provided.

As therapeutic effect of the drug Speman® develops gradually, systematic medical control of a condition of a prostate is necessary.

In case of an acute ischuria it is necessary to see a doctor urgently.

Drug is not an alternative to surgical treatment in case of its need, but can be used when training patients for an operative measure on a prostate.

Drug does not reduce a potentiality and a libido. Drug does not influence performance of potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and bystry reactions (driving and other vehicles, work with moving mechanisms, work of the dispatcher/operator and another).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. If any of the side effects specified in the instruction are aggravated, or you noticed any other side effects which are not specified in the instruction, report about it to the doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Simultaneous use of the drug "Tenteks Forte" at an oligospermatism increases efficiency of therapy.

Use in complex therapy of a benign hyperplasia of a prostate together with other prostatotropny drugs is recommended.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to separate components of drug. Children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

So far data on overdose are absent.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry place at a temperature from 10 °C to 30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to use after a period of validity.

Tablets. On 100 tablets in a plastic bottle from polyethylene of high density with the screwed cover. The neck of a bottle is in addition tightened by aluminum foil with a logo of firm. Each bottle with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
