Pantovigar

General characteristics. Structure:

Acting substances: 100 mg of medical yeast, 60 mg of mononitrate of thiamin (B1 vitamin), 60 mg of calcium, 60 mg D-pantothenate (B5 vitamin) of 60 mg, 20 mg of cystine, 20 mg of para-aminobenzoic acid, 20 mg of a keratin.

Excipients: microcrystallic cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, povidone, colloid silicon dioxide.

Capsule cover: gelatin, the purified water, titanium dioxide, dye ferrous oxide yellow, indigo carmine.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Pantovigar contains elements, necessary for hair and nails — calcium D-pantothenate, L-cystine and amino acids, a keratin. Properties of drug are caused by properties, the components which are its part.

Indications to use:

- diffusion hair loss of a non-hormonal etiology;

- degenerative changes of structure of hair (owing to chemical influence, injury of hair by solar and ultraviolet radiation);

- disturbance of structure of nails.

Route of administration and doses:

Adults:  Inside, during food, without chewing 3 times a day on 1 capsule with a small amount of liquid. The average duration of treatment makes 3–6 months.

 As necessary treatment can be continued or repeated.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy and a lactation. It is applied only on doctor's orders in the second half of pregnancy (III тримест).

Infectious diseases of nails and androgenic baldness are not indications to drug use. At these pathologies drug can be used as a part of a combination therapy.

As formations of hair — long process, it is important to accept drug in the specified dosages regularly within 3–6 months.

If diseases of hair or nails accept the adverse, strongly progressing current, it is necessary to see a doctor as these diseases can be symptoms of the general diseases.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions — skin reactions in the form of an itch and urticaria; the increased sweating, increase of pulse. From digestive tract: nausea, vomiting, a meteorism, pains in a stomach.

Interaction with other medicines:

If you at the same time accept sulfanamide drugs, you have to consult with the doctor or the druggist whether you can accept Pantovigar and as to accept him.

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity to drug components, the first half of pregnancy (the I-II trimesters); breastfeeding period, children's age.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not above 25 °C, in the dry, protected from light place. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 3 years. Not to use upon termination of a period of validity.

Packaging:

On 15 capsules place in the blister from a film of polyvinyl chloride and aluminum foil. On 2 or 6 blisters place in a cardboard box together with  the application instruction.
