General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: chlorphenaminum maleate of 8 mg, paracetamol of 200 mg, Phenylephrinum hydrochloride of 25 mg;
excipients: talc; gipromelloza; ethyl cellulose; diethyl phthalate; MKTs; povidone; the water purified; isopropanol; sodium disulphite; dinatrium эдетат; dye crimson (Ponso 4 R); dye sunset-yellow; dye quinoline yellow; granules of Non Pariel Seeds18/22 (sugar krupka: sucrose, starch syrup);
capsule cover: gelatin; the water purified; methylparahydroxybenzoate; пропилпарагидроксибензоат; dye azoruby; dye crimson (Ponso 4R).

Description: capsules — firm gelatinous, with a red lid and the transparent case, the 0 size, containing white or almost white, yellow and from orange till red color of a pellet.

Pharmacological properties:

Soothing, alpha адреномиметическое, antikongestivny, antihistaminic, febrifugal.
Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug of the prolonged action.

Chlorphenaminum has antiallergenic effect, eliminates dacryagogue, an itch in eyes and a nose.

Paracetamol has febrifugal and analgeziruyushchy effect: reduces the pain syndrome which is observed at catarrhal states — a pharyngalgia, a headache, muscular and joint pain, reduces high temperature.

Phenylephrinum has vasoconstrictive effect — reduces hypostasis and a hyperemia of mucous membranes of upper respiratory tracts and adnexal bosoms of a nose.

Indications to use:

— a feverish syndrome at catarrhal and infectious diseases;
— sinusitis;
— rhinorrhea (acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis).

Route of administration and doses:

At flu and a SARS appoint inside to adults and children 12 years on 1 capsule each 12 hours within 1-3 days are more senior, at allergic rhinitis - 3-6 days, at sinusitis of 6-12 days. Reception duration as an antipyretic - no more than 3 days, as anesthetic - no more than 5 days.

Influence on ability to driving of motor transport and to control of mechanisms

Side effects:

At people with hypersensitivity to drug rise in arterial pressure, emergence of drowsiness, dryness of mucous membranes is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

The risk of development of gematotoksichesky effect of paracetamol increases at a concomitant use of barbiturates, dipheninum, carbamazepine, rifampicin, a zidovudine and other inductors of microsomal enzymes of a liver.

Strengthens effects of sedative medicines, ethanol, MAO inhibitors.
 
Antidepressants, fenotiazinovy derivative, protivoparkinsonichesky and antipsychotic medicines increase risk of development of an ischuria, dryness in a mouth, locks.

GKS increase risk of development of glaucoma.

Paracetamol reduces efficiency of uricosuric drugs.

Chlorphenaminum along with furasolidone can lead to hypertensive crisis, excitement, a giperreksiya.

Tricyclic antidepressants strengthen adrenomimetichesky action of Phenylephrinum, co-administration of a halothane increases risk of development of ventricular arrhythmia.

Contraindications:

With care: inborn hyperbilirubinemias (Gilbert's syndromes, Cudgel Johnson and Rotor), bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast.
Koldakt Fl Plus is not recommended to use capsules during pregnancy and a lactation.

Use at abnormal liver functions.
Contraindicated: serious illness of a liver.

Use at renal failures.
Contraindicated: serious illness of kidneys.

Use for children.
It is contraindicated to children up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Symptoms, obusloveny paracetamol, are shown after reception over 10-15 g: pallor of integuments, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, гепатонекроз, increase in activity of hepatic transaminases, increase in a prothrombin time.
 
Treatment: a gastric lavage in the first 6 h, introduction of donators of SH-group and predecessors of synthesis of glutathione-methionine in 8-9 h after overdose and N-Acetylcysteinum in 12 h. At accidental overdose it is necessary to see immediately a doctor regardless of that, any symptoms of overdose are noted or not.
