General characteristics. Structure:

One suppository contains: a xeroform (tribromfenolit bismuth) — 0,10 g, belladonnas extract dense (belladonnas extract) — 0,02 g, zinc sulfate — 0,05 g, the glycerin distilled (глицерол) — 0,12 g;
Excipient: Vitepsol — enough before receiving suppository weighing 2,25 g.
Description: Suppositories of a torpedo-shaped form chartreuse or chartreuse with a brownish shade or light brown color, with a xeroform smell. At storage emergence of a scarcely noticeable white plaque on the surface of suppository is allowed.

Pharmacological properties:

Possesses soothing, the local antiinflammatory, spasmolytic, antiseptic, knitting and drying action.

Indications to use:

Hemorrhoids, anal fissures.

Route of administration and doses:

Rektalno on 1 suppository 1-2 times a day. The maximum daily dose of drug - 7 suppositories.

Features of use:

Drug should not be used during the activity connected with need of concentration of attention, bystry mental and motor reactions (control of vehicles, work on machines, etc.).

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, burning in the field of an anus, dryness in a mouth, a lock, ease of a chair, heartbeat, expansion of pupils, passing vision disorders (accommodation paresis), a headache, dizziness, a sleep disorder, drowsiness are possible; at overdose - nausea, vomiting, psychomotor excitement, spasms, an urination delay, decrease in sweating, a hyperthermia. In these cases it is necessary to stop use of drug and to see a doctor.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, an intestines atony, heart failure in a decompensation stage, a tachyarrhythmia, a myasthenia, closed-angle glaucoma, prostate adenoma, pregnancy, a lactation.

Storage conditions:

In dry, protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 20 °C.
