Monurel Previtsist

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 120 mg of dry extract of fruits of a cranberry in maltodextrin, 60 mg of ascorbic acid.

Auxiliary ingredients: microcrystallic cellulose; dicalcium phosphate; глицерилбехенат; croscarmellose sodium; поливинилполипирролидон; gidroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza; magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide; dye titanium dioxide (E171); shellac; stearic acid; mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472); polyvinylpirrolidone; dyes: понсо 4R (E124) and indigo carmine (E132).

Pharmacological properties:

Fvrmakodinamika. Berries of a cranberry contain high concentration of proantotsianidin (PATs). These are the natural substances causing damage of a bacterial cover, interfere with reproduction of bacteria on an epithelium of urinary tract.

One tablet Monurel Previtsist contains 36 mg of PATs that is a sufficient daily dosage for obtaining effect, and 60 mg of the vitamin C increasing protective properties of an organism.

Indications to use:

As an additional source of vitamin C and proantotsianidin. Monurel Previtsist is recommended for prevention and as supportive application at complex therapy of diseases of urinary tract.

Route of administration and doses:

To accept inside, during food. On 1 tablet before going to bed after bladder emptying. The tablet should be washed down with a glass of water.

• At infections of urinary tract with an urodynia and burning during an urination it is necessary to accept Monurel Previtsist within, at least, 1 month.
• After end of a course of treatment of infections of urinary tract antibiotics it is necessary to accept Monurel Previtsist within, at least, 1 month. According to available clinical data increase in the period of use guarantees more long effect.
• In case of developing of infections of urinary tract of 3 and more times a year it is necessary to accept Monurel Previtsist within 2 weeks a month within 3 months for the purpose of prevention.
• In the period of a menopause value рН vaginas increases that promotes increase in cases of infections of urinary tract. Diabetes, reception of corticosteroids, and also use of mechanical contraceptives increase risk of repeated developing of infections of urinary tract. Features of use:

Monurel Previtsist is a natural compound and is usually well had. However the patients accepting warfarin (antivitamin K) and at the same time the products containing a cranberry or its juice should pay attention to their potentially possible interaction with risk of developing of bleeding.

Before use it is necessary to consult with the doctor. For increase in a diuresis it is necessary to drink not less than 2 liters of water a day, especially to the patients suffering from an urolithiasis.
