Флорин® Forte

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: not less than 50 million colony-forming units (^5х107, WHICH) the bifidobacteria occluded on absorbent carbon, not less than 50 million colony-forming units (^5х107, WHICH) the lactobacilli occluded on absorbent carbon.

Excipients: lactoses monohydrate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Флорин® forte recovers normal microflora of a human body, suppresses life activity of causative agents of infectious diseases of digestive tract and upper respiratory tracts at the expense of the live pro-biotic bacteria entering drug: bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum) occluded in the form of microcolonies and lactobacilli (Lactobacillus plantarum).

The combined action occluded on absorbent carbon in the form of microcolonies of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli provides the accelerated normalization of quantitative and qualitative structure, metabolic and functional activity of microflora, strengthening of overwhelming influence on causative agents of acute intestinal infections, acute respiratory and viral infections and their removal from an organism, increases nonspecific resistance of an organism.

The bifidobacteria which are a part of drug possess antimicrobic action due to antagonistic activity to pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, – stimulate with immunomodulatory action synthesis of immunoglobulins, interferon, cytokines, participate in formation of local immunity, activate a reparation of mucous membranes and pristenochny digestion, produce enzymes, korotkotsepochechny fatty acids, lactic acid. Bifidobacteria are a biosorbent, neutralize toxins, accumulate toxic substances and bring them out of an organism.

Lactobacilli suppress growth of causative agents of diseases at the expense of a producing lactic acid, peroxide of hydrogen, a lysozyme, participate in metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, nucleic and bile acids, speed up work of immune system, interfere with formation of long forms of intestinal diseases due to increase in the general resistance of an organism. Lactobacilli possess gipokholesterinemichesky action, reduce redox potential, radicals of oxygen, harmful to bifidobacteria, connect.

Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria have the strengthened overwhelming effect on rotaviruses and hemolitic colibacillus, produce antibiotikopodobny substances – bacteriocines, participate in synthesis of vitamins, use lactose in the course of life activity as the main source of food.

Indications to use:

- the diseases which are followed by disturbance of normal intestinal microflora with deficit of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli or normal colibacilli;
- the acute intestinal infections caused by rotaviruses and/or conditionally pathogenic microflora;
- acute intestinal infections of an unspecified etiology;
- acute respiratory diseases of both a virus, and microbic origin;
- chronic diseases of the digestive tract (DT), including with the revealed hemolitic colibacilli and associations of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms in high credits;
- recovery intestines normoflor in the period of reconvalescence after the postponed diseases;
- dysbacterioses of various etiology.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug intends to use for adults and children from the first days of life (including premature). Age dosages:

• the adult on 2 packages 3 times a day
• to children aged up to 6 months on 1 package 2 times a day
• to children from 6 months to 3 years on 1 package 3 times a day
• to children since 3 years is also more senior on 1 package 3 – 4 times a day

Course of treatment:

• at the diseases which are followed by disturbance of normal intestinal microflora of 10 - 15 days
• at acute intestinal infections of 5 - 7 days
• at acute respiratory diseases of 5 - 10 days
• at chronic gastrointestinal diseases of 10 - 15 days
• in the period of reconvalescence after the postponed diseases of 10 - 15 days
• at dysbacterioses of 10 - 15 days

Флорин® forte accept during meal, if necessary irrespective of meal. Drug before the use is mixed with liquid food, it is desirable fermented milk product, the newborn and to children of chest age – with maternal milk or mix for artificial feeding. It is possible to mix drug from 30-50 ml of boiled water of room temperature, at the same time the muddy suspension with parts of a sorbent of black color is formed. The received water suspension should be drunk, without trying to obtain full dissolution.

Features of use:

There are no precautionary measures.

Drug is allowed for use to women during the periods of pregnancy and breastfeeding. There are no special conditions of reception.

Drug does not influence ability to manage vehicles, mechanisms.

Side effects:

It was not noted.

Interaction with other medicines:

At a concomitant use of Florina® forte with vitamins (especially groups B) effect of drug amplifies.

At reception of antibiotics the recommended interval between reception of an antibiotic and the drug Florin® forte makes 3 – 4 hours.

Contraindications:

Inborn insufficiency of lactase. Glucose galactose absorption disturbance. Individual intolerance of drug.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are not revealed.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity - 2 years. To store at a temperature not above 10 °C. The lower bound of temperature is not limited. To store in the place, unavailable to children. It is not suitable for use after expiry date, at outward change, at the broken integrity of a package, at indistinct marking on primary or secondary packaging.

Transportation conditions. Transportation at a temperature from 2 to 10 °C. Transportation of drug is allowed at a temperature not above 25 °C no more than 10 days. The lower bound of temperature is not limited.
