General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: Hexobendinum dihydrochloride of 20 mg, этамиван 50 mg, этофиллин 60 mg
Excipients: magnesium stearate of 2,00 mg, talc of 4,00 mg, lactoses monohydrate of 10,00 mg, regelated starch of 7,67 mg, corn starch of 36,33 mg.
Structure of a cover: wax of mountain glycolic 0,10 mg, K-30 povidone of 1,20 mg, macrogoal of 6000 2,40 mg, acacias gum of 4,75 mg, talc of 26,75 mg, sucrose of 34,33 mg, titanium dioxide of 0,47 mg.

Instenon of a tablet coated 60 mg + 100 mg + 60 mg:      
Active agents: Hexobendinum dihydrochloride of 60 mg, этамиван 100 mg, этофиллин 60 mg
Excipients: magnesium stearate of 3,00 mg, talc of 8,00 mg, lactoses monohydrate of 12,00 mg, prezhelatinizirovanny starch of 17,12 mg, corn starch of 29,88 mg.
Structure of a cover: wax of mountain glycolic 0,10 mg, K-30 povidone of 1,4 mg, macrogoal of 6000 2,80 mg, acacias gum of 5,60 mg, talc of 28,00 mg, sucrose of 39,30 mg, titanium dioxide of 1,4 mg, dye sunset of yellow 1,40 mg.

Description. Instenon of a tablet coated 20 mg + 50 mg + 60 mg:      
Round tablets with a plain brilliant surface, coated white color. A type of a tablet on a break: white color.

Instenon of a tablet coated 60 mg + 100 mg + 60 mg:  
Round, biconvex tablets with a brilliant surface, coated orange color. A type of a tablet on a break: in white color, at the edges a thin layer of orange color.

Pharmacological properties:

Инстенон® is the combined drug improving cerebral circulation and a metabolism. Etamivan due to activation of a reticular formation normalizes a functional condition of neural complexes of bark and subcrustal and trunk structures.

Hexobendinum increases utilization of glucose and oxygen due to activation of anaerobic glycolysis and pentozny cycles (are implemented only in the conditions of ischemia and a hypoxia when the cycle of aerobic oxidizing phosphorylation is broken).

Etofillin activates metabolism of a myocardium, increases the minute volume of heart that promotes increase in perfused pressure in vessels of a regional area of ischemia. At the same time system arterial pressure does not change.

Exciting action on a nervous system is shown also in stimulation of subcrustal educations, a mesencephalon, the trunk centers and kernels (respiratory, vasomotor, the centers of vegetative regulation, and also kernels craniocereberal, first of all - wandering).

Pharmacokinetics. Special researches for studying of pharmacokinetics of the drug Instenon® were not conducted, due to the lack of necessary pharmacokinetic methods.

Indications to use:

Chronic insufficiency of cerebral circulation, postinsultny conditions, dizzinesses of the central genesis.

Route of administration and doses:

Depending on weight of a state accept on 1-2 tablet 3 times a day (for a dosage of 20 mg + 50 mg + 60 mg); or on 1 tablet 3 times a day (for a dosage of 60 mg + 100 mg + 60 mg), without chewing, in time or after food, washing down with a small amount of liquid.

If necessary it is possible to increase the day norm to 5 tablets (for a dosage of 60 mg + 100 mg + 60 mg) in day divided into several receptions. Duration of treatment has to make not less than 6 weeks.

Features of use:

During treatment it is necessary to be careful at occupation potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Side effects:

Headache, hyperemia of the person, lowering of arterial pressure, tachycardia (passing).

Interaction with other medicines:

Strengthens action of antiagregant (acetylsalicylic acid, etc.).

Very high doses of caffeine can weaken action of Instenona® (it is necessary to avoid reception of large numbers of coffee and tea).

Contraindications:

The expressed excitement, spasms, epilepsy, the increased intracranial pressure, hemorrhage in a brain, hypersensitivity, pregnancy, the lactation period, children's age up to 18 years.

Overdose:

Symptoms: tachycardia, strengthening of expressiveness of side effects.

Treatment: gastric lavage, absorbent carbon, symptomatic therapy.

Packaging:

Tablets coated 20 mg + 50 mg + 60 mg and 60 mg + 100 mg + 60 mg.

On 10 tablets in the blister from the varnished aluminum foil and a polymeric film from PVH/PVDH.

Tablets of 20 mg + 50 mg + 60 mg: on 3 blisters together with the application instruction place in a cardboard pack.

Tablets of 60 mg + 100 mg + 60 mg: on 5 blisters together with the application instruction place in a cardboard pack.
