Madders tinctorial extract

General characteristics. Structure:

Active veshchestvo:marena tinctorial extract of dry 0,25 g.
 
Auxiliary a veshchestva:laktoza (sugar milk), potato starch, silicon dioxide colloid (A-380 aerosil), enough before receiving a tablet weighing 0,5 g, calcium stearate, croscarmellose sodium.

Pharmacological properties:

The main active ingredient of drug is madders tinctorial extract dry, received from rhizomes and roots of a madder tinctorial – Rubia tinctorum L. and its Georgian version Rubia tinctorum L. var.iberica Fisch. Ex DC. (R.iberica (Fisch ex DC.) This Koch. a madder family – Rubiaceae. Extract of a madder tinctorial dry possesses diuretic and spasmolytic action, promotes a loosening of the uric concrements containing calcium phosphates and magnesium and to their removal from kidneys and urinary tract.

Indications to use:

Tablets of extract of a madder tinctorial apply at adults at a nephrolithiasis to reduction of spasms and simplification of an otkhozhdeniye of small stones and sand.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is appointed inside on 1 tablet by 3 times a day. If necessary the dose can be increased to 2-3 tablets 3 times a day. Tablets before reception should be dissolved in 1/2 glasses of warm water.
Course of treatment of 20-30 days. Carrying out a repeated course of treatment is possible in 4-6 weeks after consultation with the doctor.

Features of use:

The madder has the painting properties, its extract paints urine in reddish color; at sharp coloring of urine (in brown-red color) the dose is reduced or temporarily stop reception of tablets.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. At use of drugs of a madder tinctorial urine is painted in reddish color; at emergence of intensive coloring of urine in brown-red color it is necessary to reduce a dose or to temporarily interrupt a course of treatment.

Contraindications:
