General characteristics. Structure:
Active ingredients: 0,35 g of bismuth of nitrate of the basic, 0,4 g of magnesium of a carbonate of the basic, 0,2 g of Natrii hydrocarbonas, 0,025 g of a buckthorn of bark in powder, 0,025 g of rhizomes of an acorus in powder.
Excipients: potato starch, talc, stearic acid
Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug, renders the knitting, antiacid, spasmolytic and soft laxative action.
Magnesium the carbonate and Natrii hydrocarbonas reduce acidity of a gastric juice, reduce activity of pepsin.
Bismuth nitrate forms a protective film on mucous a stomach, having antiinflammatory, bactericidal, reparative effect.
The rhizome of an acorus has spasmolytic effect, buckthorn bark - laxative.
Indications to use:
Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, hyperacid gastritis.
Route of administration and doses:
Inside on 1-2 tablets 3 times a day in 1-1,5 hours after food about ¼ glasses of warm water (tablets should be crushed or dissolved in the specified amount of water). A course of treatment - 1-2 months.
Repeated course - after consultation with the doctor.
Features of use:
The Kcal during administration of drug gets dark coloring.
It is necessary to consider a possibility of development of the encephalopathy connected with accumulation of bismuth in TsNS at prolonged use of drug in high doses.
It is inexpedient to appoint the patient with a peptic ulcer in combination with an appendicism, a coloenteritis, cholecystitis and the patient with bent to bleedings.
