Description:
Hyperacid gastritis - a disease of a mucous membrane of a stomach at which disturbances of regeneration with the progressing atrophy, changes in a mucous membrane of a stomach are characteristic at the chronic course of a disease.
Symptoms of Hyper secretory gastritis:
Hyperacid gastritis is followed by gastric flatulence, change of secretion and motility of a stomach. The patient has a feeling that the stomach constantly aches, and also disturbance of evacuation function of a stomach is observed.
At initial stages of hyperacid gastritis patients complain of dispepsichesky frustration, a pain syndrome, is rare with change of secretory and motor functions. Morphological disturbance of a mucous cover of a stomach are shown in defeat of vessels, a hyperemia, hypostasis, a thickening and deformation of folds. The inflammation of a mucous cover of walls of a stomach is often caused by her excessive irritation owing to various reasons.

What can be eaten at hyperacid gastritis:
Low-fat grades of meat in a boiled look: chicken meat, pigeon meat, rabbit flesh. Meat is recommended to be passed several times via the meat grinder or carefully and to chew slowly.
Low-fat grades of fish: cod, hake, humpback salmon;
Vegetable purees, grated vegetables: potatoes, carrots, beet, young peas;
Fruit purees, kissel, compotes: strawberry, raspberry, apples;
The porridges which are well boiling soft in water (semolina, oat, rice)
Milk, fresh low-fat cottage cheese;
Freshly cooked cabbage juice;
Reception of alkaline mineral waters (Borjomi) is recommended: one glass for an hour to food.
It is necessary to pay special attention to reception of proteinaceous food – proteins serve as a framework for formation of new cells.
All food has to be minimum seasoned and salted. Meal is carried out in the small portions through certain periods (5-6 times a day).
