General characteristics. Structure:

Main physical and chemical properties: tablets of white or almost white color of a round form with the flat basis with taste of mint or an anise;
structure: 1 tablet contains aminoacetate of dihydroxyaluminium 400 mg, aluminum hydroxide (dry gel) of 100 mg, calcium carbonate of 150 mg, trisilicate of the magnesium hydrated 50 mg;
excipients: glycine, magnesium stearate, essence (anise or mint), polysorbate 80, sodium saccharinate, sucrose.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Sekrepat forte the combined balanced antiacid drug. Eliminates a pain syndrome in a stomach in a few minutes after reception. Neutralizes excess of acid of a gastric juice, supporting рН about 4. Has gastroprotektorny effect thanks to ability to neutralize hydrochloric acid, and also to activate own protective factors of a stomach that promotes scarring of ulcers. In the course of neutralization carbonic acid is not formed, there is no meteorism and, as a result, secondary hypersecretion.

Pharmacokinetics. Drug works locally. Only the insignificant number of compounds of aluminum is soaked up, it is slightly more — compounds of magnesium which are quickly brought out of an organism with urine. Owing to neutralization of hydrochloric acid aluminum hydroxides and magnesium turn into chlorides and are removed from an organism with a stake.

Indications to use:

Symptomatic treatment of a pain syndrome and heartburn at digestive tract diseases: a round ulcer of a stomach, duodenum, a gastroesophageal reflux disease, dyspepsia, acute and chronic gastritis with the increased or normal secretion. The irritation of a mucous membrane of a stomach caused by smoking or errors in a diet (alcohol intake, coffee, sweets, flour products, etc.). With the preventive purpose at long reception of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids and other ulcerogenic drugs.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is accepted inside. Tablets slowly rassasyvat or chew. The adult appoint 1-2 tablets of 4-6 times a day, just before a dream last time. Drug is recommended to be accepted in 1-1,5 hours after food. The course of treatment makes 3-4 weeks. At heartburn or stomach aches drug is used in the same dose irrespective of meal (on demand). With the preventive purpose for protection mucous take 1-2 pill in 2 hours prior to their reception for irritant action of drugs. To children from 10 to 18 years appoint a half of a dose for adults. The maximum daily dose for adults - 12 tablets.

Features of use:

It is not necessary to exceed the recommended drug doses. At emergence of side effects use of drug should be stopped. With care appoint to persons with a renal failure. A sick diabetes mellitus it is necessary to consider that sucrose is a part of drug.
Pregnancy and feeding by a breast. During pregnancy use of drug is possible only when the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit. In case of need uses of drug during a lactation feeding by a breast need to be stopped for all term of use of drug.
Influence on ability to drive the car and mechanisms. Does not influence.
Use for persons up to 18 years. In the presence of indications drug can be used at persons 10 years are more senior.

Side effects:

Drug is usually well transferred. In Sekrepat the possible knitting effects of aluminum and calcium are forte counterbalanced with magnesium laxatives. However some elements can lead to change of digestive function in the form of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, a lock, decolouration of fecal masses. Very seldom reveal skin allergic reactions (urticaria, an itch, etc.)

Interaction with other medicines:

Sekrepat reduces absorption of some medicines (tetracyclines, an isoniazid, Naproxenum, quinidine, digoxin, blockers of histamine receptors, adrenoblockers, iron preparations). Drug increases absorption of a levodopa, acetilsalicylic and Acidum nalidixicum.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, a heavy renal failure, Alzheimer's disease, a hypophosphatemia, children's age is younger than 10 years.

Overdose:

Drug in high doses and at long reception can make over 4 weeks sick, vomiting, a lock, diarrhea, a loss of appetite. Also there can be electrolytic disturbances (decrease in concentration of phosphates and increase in concentration of magnesium and aluminum in blood serum). Cases of acute overdose and symptoms of acute toxicity at people are not known. At emergence of the specified symptoms it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to wash out a stomach.

Storage conditions:

To store at a temperature not above +25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity — 5 years. It is forbidden to use drug after the termination of term of its validity. The deadline of the validity is specified on packaging after the words "Use to.".
