Plasmolum

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 ml of water extract of thermally processed blood of the person on 1 ampoule.

Excipients: sodium chloride.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. It is applied as the nonspecific desensibilizing means.

Pharmacokinetics. It was not studied.

Indications to use:

Plasmolum is applied in complex therapy at neuralgia, neuritis, radiculitises and other diseases of a peripheral nervous system, and also at a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, bronchial asthma, chronic inflammatory processes, arthritises and polyarthritises.

Route of administration and doses:

Plasmolum is entered subcutaneously. The adult appoint in a dose 1 ml daily or every other day. The course of treatment makes 10 injections.

Data on safety of use for children are absent.

Features of use:

At treatment by Plasmolum it is impossible to carry out physiotherapeutic procedures – quartz, соллюкс, a diathermy.

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Contraindicated.

Influence on ability to manage motor transport or other mechanisms which require special attention and bystry psychomotor reactions. Does not influence.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions which demand medicine reception cancellation can develop.

Contraindications:

Use is contraindicated at a decompensation of cordial activity, nephrite, an endocarditis, endomyocarditis, tuberculosis, pregnancy, in the period of a lactation.

Overdose:

Perhaps: strengthening of by-effects.

Storage conditions:

To store at a temperature from 2 °C to 8 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity – 2 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.
