Description:
Miyelodepressiya — oppression of a marrowy hemopoiesis. Antineoplastic drugs cause a miyelodepressiya of two types depending on their influence on the stem or proliferating hemopoiesis pools.
1) Miyelosanovy type of a miyelodepressiya — at preferential defeat of a trunk pool of the hemopoietic cells: the cytopenia develops in 4-6 weeks after chemotherapy and is long.
2) Cyclophosphanew type — at preferential defeat of the proliferating committed predecessors of the hemopoietic cells: the maximum of a cytopenia develops for 10-12 day; its depth is defined by a drug dose, but irrespective of cytopenia depth recovery of a hemopoiesis happens on the 3rd week.
