General characteristics. Structure:

100 g of cream contain zinc of a piritionat - 0,2 g; excipients: нипагин, butyl hydroxytoluene, glyceryl monostearate, poliglitse-ril-3-methylglucose distearate, sucrose кокоат, metilglyuket-10, stearyl alcohol, oktildo-decanol, isopropyl palmitate, циклометикон, glycerin, citric acid monohydrate, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. At external use drug has antibacterial and antifungal effect. It is active concerning such pathogenic bacteriums as Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus spp., etc. Antifungal activity of drug is especially expressed concerning Pytyrosporum ovale and Pytyrosporum orbiculare which cause an inflammation and an excess peeling at psoriasis and other diseases of skin. Besides, drug is active concerning dermatophytes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp.), barmy mushrooms (Candida spp., Cryptococcus), mold mushrooms (Aspergillus spp., Penicillium), etc. Drug affects microorganisms which are both on a surface, and in deep layers of a derma. Drug has anti-proliferative effect on epidermis cells; zinc пиритионат suppresses the pathological growth of cells of blankets of skin which are in a condition of pathological hyper proliferation and eliminates an excess peeling at psoriasis and other diseases of skin. Route of administration and doses:

Cream is applied locally. The dose of drug is established individually as it depends on the area of an affected area. Interaction with other medicines:

Drug is not recommended to be used together with the ointments or creams containing glucocorticosteroids.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Children up to 3 years.

Overdose:

In case of increase in frequency of use of cream there can be an easy short-term local burning of skin.
Treatment: cream should be washed away water. Gradual drug withdrawal is recommended.

Storage conditions:

To store at a temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C. Not to freeze. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity – 2 years.
