Complications after vein operations

Description:

Tromboemobolichesky complications and their prevention.

Tromboembolic episodes are the most terrible complication after carrying out operation on veins of the lower extremities. Fortunately for patients, there are effective measures of prevention capable it is essential to reduce risk of their emergence. Treat them:

    * imposing and carrying an elastic bandage in the postoperative period;
    * long carrying (the term of carrying makes a reservation in each case individually) elastic rollers standing in cases when there is an insufficiency of the valve device of deep veins;
    * a moderate physical activity in short terms after carrying out operation;
    * use of anti-coagulating drugs in situations when the patient has a high coagulability of blood.

It is necessary to remember that a varicosity – the disease having complex character. Completely it is extremely difficult to cure it even by  operational surgical interventions therefore the main attention needs to be paid to prevention of a varicosity.
