Аффинолейкин®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: a complex of fragments of antigensvyazyvayushchy proteins of the T-cellular origin with a molecular weight of 5-8 Cd.

Excipient: glycine (stabilizer) (contents settlement). Drug does not contain preservatives and antibiotics.

Note. 1 unit of an affinoleykin corresponds to activity of the drug prepared from 500 million leukocytes of donor blood.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Affinoleykin ® contains antigenspetsifichny cytokines of the T-cellular origin. At insufficiency of cellular immunity administration of drug recovers lost and strengthens an oppressed cell-mediated immunoreactivity on antigens everywhere of widespread infectious activators, such as viruses of a herpes simplex and hepatitis B, staphylococcus, streptococci, mycobacteria of tuberculosis, a korinebakteriya, drozhzhepodobny mushrooms, etc.

Indications to use:

As additional komponentakompleksny pharmacotherapy at adults and children from two-year age for treatment of aggravations of severe and medium-weight forms of atopic dermatitis (L 20, L 20.8, L 20.9), psoriasis (L 40, L 40.1), a herpetic disease of eyes (In 00.5) in cases of a long current or accession of consecutive infection.

Route of administration and doses:

Contents of an ampoule dissolve just before use in 1 ml of solution of sodium of chloride for injections 0,9%. Drug has to be dissolved during no more than 15 sec. with formation of colourless transparent solution, without foreign inclusions.

Аффинолейкин® enter subcutaneously once a day 1-3 times a week. At the first injection enter 0,5 pieces and, in the absence of side reactions, increase the entered dose on 0,5 pieces to 1 or 2 pieces, depending on age of the patient.

The single dose for children should not exceed 1 piece, for teenagers and adults – 2 pieces.

The course dose for children, as a rule, makes 10 pieces, for teenagers and adults – 20 pieces.

If upon termination of a course it was not succeeded to reach positive dynamics of process, it is reasonable to continue a course at children to 15 pieces, at adults – to 30 pieces. With approach of remission for prevention of aggravations about 1 piece 1-2 times in month is recommended to enter. It is not necessary to begin preventive administration of drug during remission at the patients who were earlier not receiving drug for stopping of an aggravation. In recurrence cases the course of injections is repeated.

Side effects:

In rare instances at drug use Affinoleykin ® temperature increase to subfebrile values (37,5 °C), and also development of the following side reactions is possible:

From muscular system: feeling of slight pain and paresthesia at the time of introduction. From skin: a weak dermahemia in an injection site.

At patients with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis perhaps insignificant short-term strengthening of separate symptoms of dermatitis – a hyperemia and an itch.

These reactions cannot serve as the drug withdrawal reason as at the subsequent injections they, as a rule, do not arise.

Interaction with other medicines:

It is not revealed. Use of drug is possible in combination with other medicines, but in the separate syringe.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance, hypersensitivity to drug components, children's age up to 2 years.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at  a temperature from 2 to 8 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years.

Packaging:

Lyophilisate for preparation of solution for hypodermic introduction. On 0,5; 1 or 2 pieces in an ampoule. On 10 ampoules in a pack from a cardboard with the application instruction and the scarificator ampoule (if necessary).
