Cream for external use of 0,05%: white, homogeneous (in aluminum tubas on 15 g, 20 g, 30 g, 40 g, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba);
Ointment for external use of 0,05%: white color, transparent, homogeneous (in aluminum tubas on 15 g, 20 g, 30 g, 40 g, in a cardboard pack 1 tuba).

Active agent: betamethasone Dipropionas (corresponds to the content of betamethasone), in 1 g of cream and 1 g of ointment – on 0,05 mg.

Cream excipients: chlorocresol, dihydrophosphate sodium monohydrate, mineral oil, phosphoric acid, a macrogoal цетостеарат, cetostearyl alcohol, vaseline, sodium hydroxide, the purified water.

Ointment excipients: mineral oil and vaseline.

Indications to use

Active agent of Beloderm renders vasoconstrictive, antiinflammatory, anti-exudative, antipruritic, antiallergic and anti-proliferative actions. Drug quickly influences the inflammatory center, reducing puffiness, an erythema, pain and irritation.

Beloderm appoint at the following diseases:

Allergic contact dermatitis;
Psoriasis;
Reaction to stings of insects;
Various forms of eczema;
Not allergic dermatitis (including beam and solar);
Red flat deprive;
Exudative mnogoformny erythema;
Skin itch of various etiology;

Route of administration and dosage

Beloderm usually put, slightly rubbing, twice a day for a month. In certain cases treatment should be continued also after disappearance of symptoms for the purpose of prevention of emergence of a recurrence. Carrying out several medical courses within a year is possible.

Beloderm's use in the form of cream is shown for treatment of the becoming wet damages of skin at the acute course of a disease, ointment is appointed at a chronic dermatosis, including the dry and shelled defeats.

Means is not recommended to be applied it is long because of a possibility of development of side effects which are connected with insufficiency of function of bark of adrenal glands.

Side effects

Beloderm causes the insignificant subtle side effects which are shown most often in the form of an itch, an atrophy of skin, burning, striya, a hyperemia, aknepodobny changes, consecutive infections of skin, hypopigmentation, a hypertrichosis, a teleangiectasia.

Special instructions

Beloderm's use for pregnant women is possible only according to strict indications and only on small sites of skin. At treatment by drug in the period of a lactation breastfeeding is recommended to be interrupted.

It is authorized to use drug with care at children's age of 6 months (to avoid side effects it is not recommended to apply means under bandages and the plasticized diapers).

Beloderm on face skin (except area of eyes), but the shortest term is allowed to apply. At development of a bacterial and fungal infection on skin it is necessary to use drug along with antibacterial or antifungal agents.
