Dapoksetin

Dapoksetin (the international name - Dapoksetin's hydrochloride) was developed by Eli Lilly and Company corporation for treatment of a depression, but later began to be used as medicine for elimination of the disturbances connected with a premature ejaculation at men.
Since 2004 this drug is administered in medical use in the USA and the countries of Europe.
Structure and form of release
The main active ingredient – Dapoksetin – 60 mg.
Dapoksetin release in the form of tablets of a convex form of green color which are covered with a film cover. In separate packaging 10 tablets are placed, each of which contains 60 mg of drug.
Pharmacological properties of Dapoksetin
Dapoksetin is the modern drug intended for the solution of sexual problems of men. Drug represents inhibitor of serotonin reuptake which normalizes an ejaculation at men, beginning 18 years and till advanced age.
Dapoksetin received good comments as effective medicine for normalization of an ejaculation and extension of sexual intercourse.
The main substances of this drug detain an ejaculation, blocking receptors in a cerebral cortex of the man. Action is shown from the first reception and lasts for 3-4 hours, and depending on concentration of drug in an organism increases.

Application instruction of Dapoksetin
According to the instruction Dapoksetin it is necessary to accept inside, plentifully washing down with water, on 1 tablet a day. The exact dosage of drug has to be defined by the attending physician.
Dapoksetin in 2-3 hours prior to sexual intercourse is better to accept to increase its concentration and to increase effect.

Contraindications
