Demalang
Application instruction:
Demalang – dermatotropic drug of local antiinflammatory, antidemodekozny and antibacterial action.
Form of release and structure
Produce Demalang in the form of cream for a century and face skin (10 g in plastic tubas, on 1 tuba in a cardboard box).
17 substances, including metronidazole, olive oil, camomile extract, high cleaning native glycanes, lanolin are a part of cream.
Indications to use
Demalang is recommended for use for care of the skin affected with rash of parasitic or bacterial genesis including at a demodicosis of face skin, acoustical pass, auricles and a century, owing to infection with mites of Demodex folliculorum and Demodex brevis (removes an itch of face skin and a century, a burning sensation and discomfort in eyes, eliminates demodekozny rash, prevents formation of new rashes).
Drug is used also at an erosion of edges a century against the background of a demodekozny blepharitis (for prevention of emergence of new rashes).
Contraindications
Use of cream in the presence of allergic reactions and hypersensitivity to its components is contraindicated (including in the anamnesis).
Route of administration and dosage
Demalang is applied locally on the sites of skin affected with a demodicosis.
The recommended dosing mode: 1-2 times a day (in the morning and for the night or only for the night) for 45 days.
For strengthening of effect of use of cream it should be put after double (with a 15-minute interval) cleanings of skin with spirit Tinctura Araliae, a calendula or an eucalyptus or mix of ether and 70 ° alcohol. The remains of cream should be removed with a pure napkin half an hour later after drawing.
In the evening, before going to bed, cream is recommended to be applied after washing with warm water with soap.
Side effects
During Demalang's use it can be observed erubescence, an itch (seldom).
Special instructions
In case of tendency of the patient to an allergy cream needs to be used with care.
It is important to observe hygienic recommendations about care of skin for prevention of repeated infection with a demodicosis. During therapy it is not necessary to apply means of decorative and hygienic cosmetics or to limit their use. It is impossible to stay a long time in the sun, to work at the computer, to take alcohol, and also spicy food.
